Ganz besonders die Achtsamkeit während den Yogaeinheiten, die überschaubare Gruppe sowie das angenehme Gruppenklima machen die Zeit zu einem kurzen Wellnessurlaub. Bei den Klangreisen hat man die Möglichkeit, sich weg tragen zu lassen, um den stressigen Alltag wieder mit mehr Energie und Kraft zu meistern. SEHR zu empfehlen!!!! The gong / sound baths and the guided yoga units are amazing !! In particular, the mindfulness during the yoga units, the manageable group and the pleasant group climate make the time a short wellness holiday. With the sound journeys you have the opportunity to let yourself be carried away in order to master the stressful everyday life with more energy and strength. We recommend!!!!
