Mit Umsichtigkeit und Sorgfalt auf den Bewegungsapparat sucht Ingrid die Übungen aus und geht auf uns einzeln ein. Wenn eine Übung körperlich nicht machbar ist findet sie schnell einen besseren Ersatz. Ich freu mich immer auf das Runterkommen vor den Asanas, da läßt man den Alltag hinter sich bevor's los geht. Bin gern dabei! Kann Yoga mit Ingrid nur empfehlen! Refreshing yoga lessons with a lot of humor and expertise!
