★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Bernhard oder Bernie habe ich im Mountain Retreat Center in Sachrang/Chiemgau Yoga praktiziert.
Seine Stunden fand ich prima und abwechslungsreich. Wir wurden gut angeleitet, jede Stunde war anders und man merkte dass sich Bernie Gedanken macht, was er unterrichten und vermitteln will.
So hat er uns zu Beginn immer etwas über Yoga erzählt. Im Gepäck hatte er darüber hinaus schöne Geschichten und wunderbare Musik, die stets zur Stunde und den Übungen passte.
In der Morgeneinheit wars eher aktiv, abends eher ruhig.
Danke Bernie, für die tollen Stunden und Deine Begeisterung fürs Yoga.
Das ist echt „übergeschwappt“
 I practiced yoga with Bernhard or Bernie at the Mountain Retreat Center in Sachrang / Chiemgau.
I found his lessons great and varied. We were well instructed, every lesson was different and you could tell that Bernie was thinking about what he wanted to teach and convey.
So at the beginning he always told us something about yoga. In addition, he had beautiful stories and wonderful music in his luggage, which always suited the lesson and the exercises.
In the morning it was rather active, in the evening it was rather calm.
Thank you Bernie for the great lessons and your enthusiasm for yoga.
