★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechtes Service, wollte Kuchen um 25.000 kaufen. Würde von einem Mitarbeiter blöd angetretet, er hätte keine Zeit für solche Kleinigkeiten.
Hab die Küche wo anders gekauft
Very bad service, wanted to buy cake for 25,000. If an employee were approached stupidly, he would not have time for such little things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Пгана фірма. Персонал що в офісі що на вигрузці поганий. Довго звіряють документи. На вигрузці можуть не все вигрузити і потім у водіїв проблеми. Вигружався не одноразово. Враження про фірму залишились негативні. Краевид дуже красивий поруч магазин.
Bad company. The staff in the office that is unloading is bad. Documents are checked for a long time. Not everyone can unload at the unloading and then the drivers have problems. Unloaded more than once. Impressions of the company remained negative. The landscape is very beautiful near the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann leider nicht 0 Punkte vergeben, lausiger Service, wir haben im Mai Möbel bestellt und bezahlt ( normalerweise wird die Ware erst nach Auslieferung bezahlt, nicht beim XXL Lutz) und haben sie bis heute nicht erhalten. Bei der Hotline braucht man auch nicht anrufen, die sind die Inkompetenz in Person, sitzen wahrscheinlich irgendwo in Tsciputi im Pyjama bei Ihrem Kaffee und haben keine Ahnung. Habe übrigens bis heute weder meine Ware bekommen noch mein Geld rückerstattet geschweige eine Entschuldigung. Übrigens nicht das erste "Theater" was wir mit dieser Firma hatten. Für auf jeden Fall: NIE WIEDER.
Unfortunately, I can't give 0 points, lousy service, we ordered and paid for furniture in May (usually the goods are only paid for after delivery, not at XXL Lutz) and have not received them to this day. You don't even have to call the hotline, they are the personified incompetence, are probably sitting somewhere in Tsciputi in pajamas with your coffee and have no idea. By the way, I have not received my goods or refunded my money to this day, let alone an apology. Incidentally, not the first "theater" we had with this company. In any case: NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Service. Wochenlang versucht jemanden zu erreichen, damit die Abschlussarbeiten in unserer Küche fertiggestellt werden. Wurde immer wieder vertröstet bzw. hingehalten, dass ein Rückruf ausgerichtet wird. Mich hat nie jemand zurückgerufen, erst als ich einem Abteilungsleiter eine Mail gesendet habe (Kontakt durch Umwege erhalten). Würde nie wieder bestellen. Sobald man bezahlt hat ist offensichtlich alles egal. Schade.
Außerdem sind wir sehr unzufrieden mit dem Backofen der uns verkauft wurde. Konnte bei Küchenplanung nicht live angesehen werden. Wir wollte ihn auf ein Modell umtauschen, welches die Temperatur digital anzeigt und statt einer roten eine weiße LED Anzeige hat (wie unsere Mikrowelle). Jetzt haben wir zwei Geräte direkt nebeneinander mit unterschiedlichfarbigen Anzeigen. Sieht wirklich nicht schön und eher billig aus. Wurden schon oft gefragt ob unsere Küche vom schwedischen Möbelhaus ist.
Very bad service. For weeks trying to reach someone so that the theses can be completed in our kitchen. Was put off again and again or held off that a callback is made. Nobody ever called me back, only when I sent an email to a department head (contact was received through detours). Would never order again. Obviously, once you've paid, nothing matters. Too bad.
We are also very dissatisfied with the oven that was sold to us. Could not be viewed live while planning the kitchen. We wanted to exchange it for a model that shows the temperature digitally and has a white LED display instead of a red one (like our microwave). Now we have two devices right next to each other with different colored displays. Really doesn't look nice and rather cheap. Have often been asked if our kitchen is from a Swedish furniture store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awizacja godzinowa na dany dzień,pracują od 8 do 16 w piątek do 13 brak WC. Rozładunek idzie sprawnie magazynier bierze na parę ramp, ciasny podjazd do rampy. Można stać na noc.
Hourly notification for a given day, work from 8am to 4pm on Friday to 1pm no toilet. Unloading is going smoothly, the warehouse worker takes a few ramps, a tight driveway to the ramp. You can stand overnight.
