★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atvykau pirmas,išvykau paskutinis jokios tvarkos su eiliškumu. 6 vilkikai prieš man atvykus spėjo išsikrauti, kurie po manęs atvyko. Teko laukti pusė dienos, kad išsikraučiau 1pall. Nusivyliau.... per jus nespėju pasiemti kito krovinio ir gryšti į namus. Visas parkingas vilkikų, o tik prie vienos rampos leidžia
I came first, I left the last order with no order. 6 tugs before I arrived were able to discharge, who came after me. I had to wait half a day to get 1 ball off. I was disappointed .... I can't take you another load and go home. All parked tugs and only one ramp allow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns vor kurzem eine komplette Wohnlandschaft gekauft, die aus insgesamt 2 Schränken, einen TV-Tisch und einer Leiste besteht. Als wir beim Lager auf einen Mitarbeiter gewartet haben, konnten wir das ganze Auto aus Langeweile umräumen. Nach 20 Minuten hat sich dann endlich jemand gezeigt, den Zettel zerrissen und ist wieder ins Lager verschwunden. Er ist zwar schnell wieder gekommen, hatte aber unseren Zettel nicht mehr (unsere Rechnung inklusive). Er hat auch die Pakete behandelt als wären es benutzte Taschentücher... Wir konnten also alles alleine herausheben und zum Auto bringen... Nach dem 3.Paket sagt er uns, dass das alles wäre!! Zwei kleine Pakete und ein langes sollten eine ganze Wohnlandschaft sein?!?! Wir sind normal sehr schüchterne Menschen und sind ungern auf Konfrontation aus, aber wir wussten, dass da etwas nicht stimmen kann... Für knapp 30 Minuten mussten wir mit diskutieren, um den Rest zu bekommen (samt Rechnung!!). Sein Argument war, dass die Nummern nicht übereinstimmen - was kompletter Schwachsinn ist, denn die Nummern geben die Reihenfolge und die Einzelteile an!! Natürlich hat ein Schrank eine andere Nummer als der TV-Tisch, wie sollen sonst Amateure wie wir alles auseinander halten?! Hätten wir nicht darum gestritten, hätten wir 500€ für NICHTS bezahlt!!! Schlussendlich hat er auch noch auf Trinkgeld gewartet, unverschämt, für was denn?! Schult eure Leute ein, was soll denn das?!?!
We recently bought a complete living area consisting of a total of 2 cupboards, a TV table and a bar. When we were waiting for an employee at the warehouse, we were able to move the whole car out of boredom. After 20 minutes, someone finally showed up, tore the note and disappeared back into the camp. He came back quickly, but didn't have our note anymore (including our invoice). He also treated the packages as if they were used handkerchiefs ... So we were able to lift everything out and bring it to the car ... After the 3rd package, he tells us that it is all !! Two small packages and a long one should be a whole living area?!?! We are normally very shy people and are reluctant to confront, but we knew that something was wrong ... For just under 30 minutes we had to have a discussion to get the rest (including the invoice !!). His argument was that the numbers do not match - which is complete nonsense, because the numbers indicate the order and the individual parts !! Of course, a closet has a different number than the TV table, how else should amateurs like us keep everything apart ?! If we hadn't argued about it, we would have paid 500 € for NOTHING !!! In the end he was waiting for a tip, outrageous, for what ?! School your people, what's the point?!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kundenfreundlich orientiert und kompetent verhält sich das Personal und kompetent wird die Abholung abgewickelt. Die Möbel waren bereits verladen und der Transporter stand abfahrbereit an der Rampe. Wartezeit so gut wie keine. Der Transporter sehr sauber und gut n gutem Zustand. Außer den 19,90€ für die Kasko war nichts zu bezahlen. Einfach gefahren und abgeladen und den Transporter zurück gebracht. So sollte es bei allen XXXLUTZ sein.
Vorbildlich ??
Very customer-friendly oriented and competent behave the staff and competent the collection is handled. The furniture was already loaded and the transporter was ready to go down the ramp. Wait virtually no. The transporter very clean and good n good condition. Except for the 19.90 € for the hull nothing was to be paid. Simply driven and unloaded and brought back the transporter. So it should be with all XXXLUTZ.
