Der Bestellvorgang ist sehr gut und der Versand nach Deutschland (Sachsen) geht auch relativ schnell. Man bekommt auch eine Tracking-Nummer um den Versand zu verfolgen. Meiner Meinung nach ist die Verfügbarkeit der Teile relativ gut. Manche Teile sind nicht lagernd da aber darin sehe ich persönlich kein Problem. Alles in allem ein sehr guter Xray Shop. So I can't confirm what the previous speaker wrote. I just can't give any information about the phone call. The ordering process is very good and shipping to Germany (Saxony) is also relatively quick. You also get a tracking number to track the shipment. In my opinion, the availability of the parts is relatively good. Some parts are not in stock, but personally I don't see any problem with that. All in all a very good Xray shop.

Lieferzeiten sind sehr sehr lange..2 Wochen von Wien nach Tirol obwohl der Artikel lagernd war ist inakzeptabel.. Zudem wird man auch frech angelogen"Das Paket wäre schon längst unterwegs und Tracking Nummer hätten sie selbst keine".. Einmal und nie wieder Very unfriendly, when you call you get complained about why you call and not write an email ... M	Michael Herbek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gerade im xray Shop, auesserst unfreundlich, auch das Telefongespräch,, frustrations Toleranz dürfte bei dem alten Mann ganz unten angesiedelt sein, so spricht man nicht mit Kunden, bevor ich mir hier etwas kaufe bestelle ich es lieber in Australien, ich schreibe normalerweise keine Rezensionen aber bei dem unfreundlichen Zeitgenosse mache ich es doch gerne, er bekommt natürlich auch keine 3 Sterne sondern null I was just in the xray shop, extremely unfriendly, also the phone conversation, frustration tolerance should be at the bottom of the old man, so you don't talk to customers, before I buy something here I prefer to order it in Australia, I usually write no reviews but with the unfriendly contemporary I like to do it, of course he doesn't get 3 stars but zero
