★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 10 Tagen versprach mir die Dame in der Filiale in Weiz eine Außendienstmitarbeiterin würde sich noch am selben Tag mit mir in Verbindung setzen. Nach 4 Tagen urgierte ich telefonisch, wieder wurde mir versichert eine Außendienstmitarbeiterin wird sich gleich um mich kümmern, leider um sonst, 10 Tage später warte ich immer noch. Ich bin dieser Versicherung anscheinend nicht einmal einen Anruf wert. Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben, um posten zu können - 0 Sterne sind da noch zu wenig!!
Ten days ago the lady in the branch in Weiz promised me that a sales representative would contact me the same day. After 4 days I urged by phone, again I was assured a sales representative will take care of me right away, unfortunately, otherwise, 10 days later I am still waiting. I'm not even worth a call to this insurance company. Unfortunately you have to assign a star to be able to post - 0 stars are still not enough !!
