★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine inkompetente aber übereifrige Mitarbeiterin hat unserem Kunden die Zulassung seines Fahrzeuges mit der Begründung verweigert, dass die Unterschriften auf einem Kaufvertrag und einem Zwischenkaufvertrag nicht identisch sind. Sie wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass es mehrere Zeichnungsberechtigte innerhalb einer Firma geben kann, und nicht immer die selbe Person unterzeichnen muss. Sie beharrte jedoch darauf, bestand DSGVO-widrig darauf, dass ihr alle Namen zu nennen seien und unser Kunde mußte zu letztendlich zu einer anderen, kundenorientierteren, Zulassungsstelle gehen. Wüstenrot Oberwart: NIE WIEDER!
 An incompetent but overzealous employee has refused our customer the registration of his vehicle on the grounds that the signatures on a sales contract and an interim sales contract are not identical. She was advised that there can be several authorized signatories within a company and that the same person does not always have to sign. However, she insisted, insisting against GDPR that all names be given to her and our customer ultimately had to go to another, more customer-oriented, approval office. Wüstenrot Oberwart: NEVER AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Anfang August neue Öffnungszeiten und bis jetzt (Mitte Oktober) keine Zeit gehabt diese im Internet zu berichtigen. Bin heute umsonst nach Oberwart gefahren. Vielen Dank Wüstenrot!
New opening times since the beginning of August and until now (mid-October) had no time to correct them on the Internet. I went to Oberwart for free today. Thank you Wüstenrot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freitag 12.51 Uhr verschlossene Tür - auf das Klopfen hin öffnete mir eine Mitarbeiterin "was ich denn wolle", ich informierte sie, dass ich eine einzige Abmeldung hätte. Darauf informierte sie mich, dass sie nur bis 13 Uhr geöffnet hätten und wie ich mir das vorstelle. Meines Erachtens sind 12.51 Uhr noch nicht 13 Uhr. Vielen Dank für das kundenorientierte Verhalten.
Locked door on Friday 12.51 pm - when I knocked, an employee opened "what I want", I informed her that I had just one deregistration. Then she informed me that they were only open until 1 p.m. and how I imagine that. In my opinion, 12:51 p.m. is not yet 1 p.m. Thank you for the customer-oriented behavior.
