★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Anni über 10 Jahre super aber die neue Dame heute unfreundlich besteht auf Mundschutz und trägt selber keinen. Keine Mail zur Versicherung was immer selbstverständlich war. einfach nur unfreundlich und vom super Servis von früher nichts zu finden
With Anni great for over 10 years but the new lady unfriendly insists on a mouthguard and doesn't wear one herself. No mail to the insurance company, which was always a matter of course. just unfriendly and nothing of the great service from before

Warum nur ein Stern?
Ich bin bis jetzt noch nie eine unhöflichere Frau am Empfang im Dienstleistungssektor begnetet. Auf eine einfache Frage bekam ich nur eine schnippige und unsympathische Antwort. Nie wieder diese Filiale!
Regarding the insurance itself, I can only say "everything is top" - decent advice with fair prices.
Why only one star?
I have never met a more impolite woman at reception in the service sector. To a simple question I only got a snappy and unsympathetic answer. Never again that branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unhöflich schnippig und gar nicht Kundenfreundlich! Dss junge personal sehr freundlich aber die ältere mit den dunkleren Haaren ist einfach nur böse. Versicherung ist ansich gut aber eben zulassungsstelle Imst nicht weiter zu empfehlen! Bzw. Diese Dame meiden. Wenn dann Anni die ist top! Oder das Junge Fräulein.
Absolutely rude snippy and not at all customer friendly! The young staff was very friendly but the older one with the darker hair is just angry. Insurance is good in and of itself, but not to be recommended to the Imst registration office! Or avoid this lady. If then Anni is great! Or the young lady.
