Wir mussten der Firma 5 Monate nachlaufen, um einen Ersatz zu erhalten. Auf die Frage, warum dies so lange dauert, bekamen wir die Auskunft, dass auf mehrere Reklamationen gewartet wird, um den Mengenrabatt beim Lieferanten auszunutzen. Als die Austauschtür montiert werden sollte, stellte sich heraus, dass diese falsch bestellt wurde. Das Warten beginnt von vorne! Incompetently high 10! An apartment door was ordered. After installation, it turned out that it was damaged. We had to run the company for 5 months to get a replacement. When asked why this took so long, we were told that several complaints were being made to exploit the supplier's volume discount. When the replacement door was to be mounted, it turned out that it was ordered incorrectly. The wait begins again!

Finde es sehr schade das dieser Bereich jetzt geschlossen werden soll !!!! ? Warum das weiss wohl keiner....... ??????️? Great flowers and decoration department. Very competent and friendly advice ??? and really always tried hard ? You really get everything there ...... Find it a shame that this area should now be closed !! ? Nobody knows why ....... ??????️?
