X	X Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi ! Was ich los werden möchte , es sind Gott sei dank in Würth sehr viele Angestellte die sich sehr um komplizierte Käufer bemühen und sie Profesionell beraten! Ich sage diesen Angestellten Herzlichen Dank und Hochachtung! Warum habe ich zwei Sterne bewertet !? Habe eine sache Gekauft in der Gartenabteilung und wurde von einen Herren bedient! Zu Hause angekommen hatte es nicht funktioniert. Bin zurück und suchte diesen grauhaarigen Herren auf der mich zuvorkommend Bediente , hatte leider keine Lust mein problem sich anzuhören und ging mit Achselzuckend Ignorierend weg ! So hatte ich den Kontakt an der Kasse gesucht ! Diese Dame war sehr zuvorkommend und Profesionell und stellte den Kontakt zur zuständigen Dame im Gartenabteil. Ich nahm das Gespräch auf und erklärte was das problem ist! Nach einigen Diskusionen das ich nicht erwartet habe, bekam ich ein anderes gleiche Teil. Zu Hause ist es wieder nicht gegangen, kam wieder zurück und sagte das ich leider Passen muss. Die Dame an der Kasse war höflich und gab mir das Geld zurück! Nun die zuständige Dame versuchte mich mehrere male aufzuklären mit der Frage ob ich das auch richtig gemacht habe? Darauf sagte ich mehreremal das schon dreißig Jahre damit Arbeite und stellte eine gegenfrage der Dame ob ich Dumm aussehe !? Weil Sie mich mit Fragen gelöchert hat ! Frage war gerechtfertigt , aber wenn ich einmal einer Erwachsener beschrieben habe wie ich das gemacht habe und das richtig , ist es überflüssig weiter zu Fragen ! Die zwei Sterne sind aus dem Grund gerechtfertigt, weil diese Dame mir mehrere male hinterhergerufen hat das Sie mir nichts mehr verkaufen würde ! Schade das solche Angestellten bestimmen dürfen was und wem Sie was verkaufen wollen!! Nun muß ich leider anderes Kaufhaus aufsuchen. Besten Dank! Hi ! What I want to get rid of, thank God, there are a lot of employees in Würth who try very hard to find complicated buyers and give them professional advice! I would like to say thank you and respect to these employees! Why did I give two stars !? Bought a thing in the gardening department and was served by a gentleman! When I got home it didn't work. I am back and looked for this gray-haired gentleman who served me courteously, unfortunately had no desire to listen to my problem and went away with a shrug of shoulders and ignoring! So I looked for contact at the cash register! This lady was very courteous and professional and put the contact to the lady responsible in the garden section. I picked up the conversation and explained what the problem is! After some discussions that I didn't expect, I got another same part. At home it didn't work again, came back and said that unfortunately I had to pass. The lady at the checkout was polite and gave me the money back! Now the lady in charge tried to enlighten me several times with the question of whether I did that correctly? Then I said several times that I had been working with it for thirty years and asked the lady whether I looked stupid !? Because you pestered me with questions! The question was justified, but once I have described to an adult how I did it and did it correctly, there is no need to ask any further! The two stars are justified because this lady called after me several times that she wouldn't sell me anything anymore! It's a shame that such employees are allowed to determine what and to whom they want to sell what !! Now, unfortunately, I have to go to another department store. Thank you very much!
