Am besten fand ich die freistehende Badewanne im Store, ein Besuch ist jedenfalls zu empfehlen falls Sie ein Badezimmer renovieren. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom furniture is very high quality. I found the free-standing bathtub in the store to be the best, a visit is definitely recommended if you are renovating a bathroom.

Falsche Angaben bei Lieferzeiten und keinerlei Info, dass es Verzögerung gibt war der Grund. Nach dem regulärem Widerruf der Bestellung, ist der Händler nicht in der Lage den Eingang der Email mit dem Widerrufsformular zu bestätigen. Den Shop kann ich NICHT EMPFEHLEN. NACHTRAG 21.11.2019: Der Kaufbetrag wurde trotz Widerruf der Bestellung eingezogen und bis heute nicht zurück erstattet!!! Ist das der übliche Umgang mit Kunden bei diesem Unternehmen, Geld des Kunden einbehalten???? I can not rate products myself because I canceled my order. Wrong information on delivery times and no information that there is a delay was the reason. After the regular cancellation of the order, the dealer is not able to confirm the receipt of the email with the cancellation form. I can NOT RECOMMEND the shop. ADDENDUM 21.11.2019: The purchase amount was withdrawn despite revocation of the order and until today not refunded !!! Is this the usual way of dealing with customers at this company, withholding the customer's money ????
R	Raptor X2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kauf war noch OK. Das Dusch Panel hat jetzt einen Defekt. Thermostat ist die Feder defekt und aus dem Rainshower Bereich tropft es. Meinung nach Wunderbad, es handelt sich um Nachtropfen nach dem duschen. Es tropft aber zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten und das versteht man dort einfach nicht. Der defekte Thermostatregler wird in der Reklamation ignoriert und man wird mir einem einfachen Satz: "Das kann nicht sein" abgewimmelt. So ein schlechter Kundenservice ist das aller Letzte. VORSICHT BEIM EINKAUF - LIEBER EINEN SERIÖSEN HÄNDLER SUCHEN - hinter Wunderbad steht Stilform Handels GmbH. Gekauftes Produkt: Luxus Edelstahl Duschpaneel mit 6 Hydro Massagejets & Wasserfalldusche UPDATE auf Antwort: Und in der neuen Mail steht ich soll das selbst reparieren. Wie hilfreich. Eine Gewährleistungspflicht kennt man wohl in diesen Laden nicht. SORRY und wieder steht drin ich habe den Fehler nicht richtig geschildert. Purchase was still OK. The shower panel is now defective. Thermostat, the spring is defective and there is dripping from the rain shower area. Opinion of the miracle bath, it is about dripping after the shower. But it drips at different times and you just don't understand that there. The defective thermostat regulator is ignored in the complaint and you get rejected with a simple sentence: "That can't be". Bad customer service is the last thing. BE CAREFUL WHEN SHOPPING - PREFERABLY LOOKING FOR A SERIOUS DEALER - Stilform Handels GmbH is behind Wunderbad. Product purchased: Luxury stainless steel shower panel with 6 hydro massage jets & waterfall shower UPDATE on answer: And the new mail says I should fix it myself. How helpful. A warranty obligation is probably not known in this shop. SORRY and again it says I have not described the error correctly.

Ende Juli wurde versprochen dass die Ware innerhalb 1 Woche ausgeliefert wird. --> Keine Ware erhalten Mitte August wurde verpsrochen dass die Ware auch wieder innerhalb 1 Woche ausgeliefert wird --> keine Ware erhalten Anfang September wurde versprochen Ware wird spätestens diesen Freitag ausgeliefert --> Ware immer noch nicht erhalten. Kundenservice sehr schlecht und kein entgegnkommen für die enorme Lieferverzägerung. Chef war nach mehreren Anrufen plötzlich nicht mehr erreichbar und davor sehr unfreundlich. Kundenservice konnte keine Aussagen treffen. Über Qualität kann ich nichts sagen, da Ware noch nicht eingetroffen ist. My recommendation: stay away from this shop! Customer service very bad and no accommodating for the enormous delivery delay. After several calls, the boss was suddenly no longer available and before that he was very unfriendly. Customer service could not make any statements. I can't say anything about quality because the goods have not yet arrived.

Frechheit: Rücksendung wurde auf eigene Kosten angeboten, obwohl eindeutig die falsche Ware geliefert wurde! Für die gelieferte Ware wurde mir nach einigem hin und her eine Beschreibung zugesandt, damit ich das Ablaufventil eventuell montieren kann. Dazu müsste ich das Ablaufventil zerlegen. Hätte ich auch getan, wenn es ohne den Teil zu beschädigen, möglich wäre! Auf letzte E-Mail schon wieder seit 17 Tagen keine Antwort! Nach 2 Monaten mühevollen Schriftverkehr gebe ich endgültig auf!!! Never again! The PopUp drain valve ordered was not delivered! Cheek: Return was offered at your own expense, although the wrong goods were clearly delivered! After some back and forth, a description was sent to me for the delivered goods so that I can possibly mount the drain valve. To do this, I would have to disassemble the drain valve. I would have done if it were possible without damaging the part! No reply to the last e-mail for 17 days! After 2 months of painstaking correspondence, I am finally giving up!

Wir haben das Becken bewusst nur sanft und ohne scharfe Reinigungsmittel geputzt. Nach schriftlicher Schilderung und Fotos vom Kundendienst nur zu hören bekommen Sachmängelhaftung bestünde nur bei Übergabe der Ware, SIE BEDAUERN,DASS DAS VON MIR GEKAUFTE PRODUKT MANGELHAFT IST. HANDS OFF!!! After 7 months the coating comes off?! on our ceramic washbasin matt white in several places. We deliberately only cleaned the pool gently and without harsh cleaning agents.
