★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn Sie nicht 24 h vorher stornieren, wird der volle Betrag verrechnet. Es gilt nicht wenn man am Abend davor storniert und ein e-mail schreibt! Nachdem das einmal passiert ist , kann man den Patienten nicht einmal darauf hinweisen, dass es voll verechnet wird, obwohl man storniert hat! Aber es wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es nur 24 h vorher gilt und nicht am Tag davor!!! und es werden 5 Termine voll verrechnet!!! Man muß trotz 4 mal Stornierung 4 Termine voll bezahlen weil man dem Patienten extra nichts sagt! Deshalb vergeben Sie gerne schnell viele Termine! Das nenne ich nicht kundenfreundlich!

But it is not pointed out that it is only valid 24 hours in advance and not the day before !!! and 5 appointments will be charged in full !!! Despite 4 cancellations, you have to pay 4 full appointments because you don't tell the patient anything! Therefore, you are welcome to quickly assign many appointments! I don't call that customer-friendly!
