Der Besitzer der Firma hat die Arbeit völlig unterschätzt und mir vieles Versprochen, was seine Männer nicht realistisch fanden. Die meisten Männer haben fleißig gearbeitet und ich habe meine Dankbarkeit auch gezeigt. Ich habe Ihnen am Tag des Umzugs nicht nur das ganze Geld bezahlt, obwohl die Arbeit noch nicht fertig war und sie mindestens noch einen Tag gebraucht hätten, um die ganze Arbeit zu erledigen, was mir versprochen wurde, sondern auch 320€ Trinkgeld für 5 Männer. Aber nachdem sie das Geld hatten, haben sie vieles nicht mehr gemacht und der Herr war plötzlich nicht einmal mehr erreichbar, wenn ich von meiner Nummer angerufen habe. Durch Schlampigkeit sind einige Sachen kaputt gegangen oder schlecht montiert worden, einige Kleinigkeiten gingen verloren (und es war nicht nachvollziehbar, wie manche Sachen verloren gehen konnten), und im Endeffekt musste ich einiges selbst montieren und die Kartons entsorgen und vieles machen, was mir von der Firma versprochen wurde. Ich empfehle die Firma nicht. An unreliable and not very professional company! The owner of the company completely underestimated the work and promised me a lot that his men did not find realistic. Most of the men worked hard and I also showed my gratitude. On the day of the move, I not only paid you all the money, even though the work was not yet finished and it would have taken at least another day to do all the work, which I was promised, but also a € 320 tip for 5 men . But after they had the money, they didn't do a lot and suddenly the gentleman was no longer available even when I called from my number. Due to sloppiness, some things broke or were badly assembled, some small things were lost (and it was not understandable how some things could be lost), and in the end I had to assemble some of the things myself and dispose of the boxes and do a lot of what I could do about it the company was promised. I do not recommend the company.
