X	Xi Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich werde es kurz machen. Diese Agentur hat mir gute Erfahrung gegeben. Was mir jedoch absolut nicht gefällt, ist die Tatsache dass man mit großen Gehältern wirbt, obwohl das in der Praxis gar nicht stimmt. Die 1000 € Zuschuss bekommt man erst ab dem 30. Tag was so ziemlich nirgendwo erwähnt wurde. Jede Unterschrift bringt Punkte, wenn der Abonnent jedoch bor dem Monatsende kündigt bekommt man keine, ist fair, jedoch wird man, nachdem man gekündigt hat aus dem System geworfen, was genauso viel heißt,dass man nicht weiß wie viele Punkte man hat. Somit könnte die Agentur dich um die Hälfte der Punkte abziehen, was glaub ich eh in meinem Fall war... Man wird grundsätzlich mit 36 Fixtageslohn "belohnt" was nicht mal das Minimum ist, aber naja. Denn für ca 9 h am Tag Leute ansprechen die keinen Bock auf dich haben und dann noch 36€ bekommen ist schon heftig. Wie gesagt, dass man ausgesperrt wird aus dem System um seine Bonuse anzuschauen ist echt heftig. Ich würde euch diese Agentur nicht empfehlen aber, so eine Erfahrung schadet nie! I'll make it short. This agency gave me good experience. What I absolutely do not like, however, is the fact that they advertise with large salaries, although that is not true in practice. The € 1000 grant is only available from the 30th day on, which has hardly been mentioned anywhere. Every signature brings points, but if the subscriber cancels before the end of the month you don't get any, which is fair, but after you cancel you are thrown out of the system, which means that you don't know how many points you have. So the agency could deduct you by half the points, which I think was in my case anyway ... You are basically "rewarded" with 36 fixed daily wages, which is not even the minimum, but well. Because talking to people for about 9 hours a day who don't feel like you and then get 36 € is already heavy. As I said, being locked out of the system to see your bonuses is really tough. I wouldn't recommend this agency to you, but an experience like this never hurts!

Ich wurde nach 2 Tagen rausgeschmissen weil ich nicht schnell genug war...trotzdem habe ich 2 Spender bekommen...8 Stunden herumlaufen und und jeden ansprechen ist echt anstrengend. Man bekommt nur 30 min pause was nicht lang genug ist.Ich wurde unter so viel Stress gesetzt das ich schon nach dem ersten Tag weglaufen wollte...Jeder der sich überlegt hier zu arbeiten...tue es nicht...TUE ES NICHT So where do I start Everything is so exaggeratedly nice ... but that's all fake. Everyone gossips behind their backs. I was kicked out after 2 days because I wasn't fast enough ... I still got 2 dispensers ... 8 hours walking around and talking to everyone is really exhausting. You only get a 30 minute break which is not long enough. I was put under so much stress that I wanted to run away after the first day ... Anyone considering working here ... don't do it ... DON'T DO IT

Manchmal wurde ich nach meinem Ausweis gefragt, um zu belegen, dass ich bez meiens Alters nicht lüge.. Spricht denke ich für sich selbst, haben mir sämtliche erträglichkeit großer öffentlicher Plätze genommen a "no" is not accepted and one is often verbally abused or touched. Sometimes I was asked for my ID to prove that I am not lying about my age. If I speak for myself, I have taken away all the tolerable large public spaces

Das Arbeitsklima war sehr angenehm I really liked the contact with the many different people. I learned a lot there. The working atmosphere was very pleasant

It's not a long term job though, worked there for 3 years and was always treated well, but that's the exception. If your looking for short term employment, maybe 6 months or a year, it's the perfect place for you.
