★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bike and great service. Our first bike was for month delays, but they communicated transparently the reason, sent a letter to our daughter to explain her why and to say sorry. And finally we even received a discount voucher without asking for it.
We just ordered a second one and they accepted to apply the discount eventhough we had lost the voucher code. They comminicated extremely fast and were very nice!
I definitely recomment them!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Woom 4 bike is a really piece of art bike and our kiddo cannot be happier. He just loves it! The quality of a bike is what we expected, high quality and really nothing to complaint about, incl packaging and guides and all little details. However i find two things regarding this bike that could be better. First delivery time could be shorter, we waited for 5 months. Second the sidekicker (stand) should be included directly with the bike, either with the direct price increase of a bike or without it. I just find it not cool that the the one needs to purchase it separately...
All in all, i would really recommend everyone this bike coz it brings so much joy and happiness to kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 7-year old son has just received his 4th woom bike (2, 3, Off 4, Off 5). It was always really important to us that he has fun riding bikes, as for many kids this is the start of an active life. The bike is so light and easy to ride, we look forward to many more bike trips with him and his twin sisters, who are onto their 3rd woom bikes and picking up speed with every step change. Thanks woom!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a 6 for my tall 8-year-old and we are all enchanted: this is one beautiful bicycle. Arrived quickly, assembled easily (even with the kids “helping”), and rides like a luxury vehicle— this thing is smoooooth. Little brother is thrilled to have the matching 2, which looks as gorgeous as the brand-new bike. Absolutely a happy Woom family here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the new bike finally. Wheel quality needs to be checked. Wheels are true(straight). But a few spokes in the back and front wheel is bent like in photo. My son will ride it anyway. cause its a bike for childeren and don't expect the wheel to break. But I expected better quality from woom.
