Der Herr am Telefon, ich glaube es war der Chef der Firma, hat sich mein Problem angehört, was ziemlich lange dauerte, und er war so freundlich und verständnisvoll, wie ich es selten erlebt hatte. Dann hat er mir empfohlen in ein Geschäft zu gehen und eine Wollauflage einfach zu testen. Was ich auch gemacht habe. Habe sofort ein Unterbett gekauft, es hat sich total fein angefühlt. Außerdem liebe ich den Geruch von Schafwolle. 5 Sterne wegen der Freundlichkeit und des Einfühlungsvermögens dieses feinen Mannes. Wie dann das Unterbett wirklich ist weiß ich noch nicht, aber das werde ich auch noch rezensieren. Es gibt halt immer wieder Menschen, die einem im Leben weiterhelfen, nur durch ein verständnisvolles Zuhören. I really had a problem with my mattress. So in my desperation I called the wool workshop. The gentleman on the phone, I think it was the boss of the company, listened to my problem, which took a long time, and he was so friendly and understanding as I had seldom experienced. Then he recommended that I go to a store and just test a wool pad. Which I did too. Immediately bought an underbed, it felt really nice. I also love the smell of sheep's wool. 5 stars because of the friendliness and empathy of this fine man. I don't know yet what the bed is really like, but I'll review that too. There are always people who help you in life, just by listening sympathetically.

Bestellungabwicklung und Lieferung haben prima geklappt, wir empfehlen euch gerne weiter. We have been sleeping under the new year-round blanket made of merino wool with point quilting for two weeks. It is cozy and warm and very cuddly. Order processing and delivery went very well, we are happy to recommend you.

Normalerweise kaufe ich Handschuhe Größe 10. Ich bin aber vollkommen zufrieden. Und kann die Fäustlinge nur weiterempfehlen. Sie sind wirklich warm und haben meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Nicht zufrieden bin ich mit der Lieferung durch DPD. Drei Tage lang wurde mir ein fünfstündiges Zeitfenster angekündigt. Sonst gäbe es fünf Sterne plus. I bought Schladming mittens. Size 9.5, was a bit too big for me. I can put on thin gloves underneath. I usually buy size 10 gloves, but I'm completely satisfied. And can only recommend the mittens. They are really warm and met my expectations. I am not satisfied with the delivery by DPD. I was given a five-hour time slot for three days. Otherwise there would be five stars plus.

Die Preise empfinde ich als sehr angemessen. Vom Bestellen bis zur Lieferung hat es keine Woche gedauert, und das obwohl ich zum Ende der Weihnachts-/Neujahrspause bestellt habe und mit circa drei Wochen Lieferzeit rechnen sollte! Die Auflage ist sehr hochwertig gearbeitet und passt perfekt! Ich bin wirklich begeistert und werde die Wollwerkstatt gerne weiterempfehlen! I was looking for a made-to-measure edition for my bank and after a short time ended up at the wool workshop because I wanted to buy an environmentally friendly "inner workings" and also a removable and washable cover. I think the prices are very reasonable. It didn't take a week from ordering to delivery, even though I ordered at the end of the Christmas / New Year break and should expect about three weeks delivery time! The edition is very high quality and fits perfectly! I am really enthusiastic and will gladly recommend the wool workshop to others!

Leider kommt das Rückenteil nur mit einem einzigen Klettverschluss. Dieser kann das Gewicht der Lehne jedoch kaum halten. Empfehlenswert wäre vielleicht, einen zweiten Verschluss ab einer gewissen Größe bzw. Gewicht anzubieten. We ordered a cushion and a backrest for a bench. Color, pattern and workmanship are very high quality. Unfortunately, the back part only comes with a single Velcro fastener. However, this can hardly hold the weight of the backrest. It might be advisable to offer a second closure from a certain size or weight.
