★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirkte auf mich ziemlich brutal. Betonstadt in einer Großstadt. Man kann der Gegend evtl. was abgewinnen, wenn man auf Sci-Fi Anime steht.
Looked pretty brutal to me. Concrete city in a big city. You can get something out of the area if you like sci-fi anime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ teilweise sehr unfreundlich, keine Kooperation möglich, das ist schade, keine Interaktion mit der Bauleitung, viel zu wenig Zeit für ein informatives Gespräch daher keine Informationen erhalten, eine Wohnung zu mieten ist nicht dasselbe wie ein Frühstück zu erwerben, Zeit für ein Gespräch ist essentiell, besonders bei langfristiger Miete, Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert, man erhält den Eindruck als Mieter unerwünscht zu sein
