★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Homepage des Unternehmens Wohnkultur Mugler ist sehr schön gestaltet mit viel Aufwand. Aber das täuscht nicht darüber hinweg, dass das Unternehmen zum vergessen ist. Ich habe einen Termin absagen müssen und wollte einen Neuen Termin vereinbaren und bekam als Antwort wir haben so viele Aufträge sprich Kunden/innen, wir können Ihnen derzeit keinen Termin anbieten. So kann man mit potenziellen Kunden nicht umgehen. Das ist niveaulos und überheblich. Wie das Sprichwort sagt: Dummheit und Stolz wachsen auf dem selben Holz.

I had to cancel an appointment and wanted to make a new appointment and got an answer because we have so many orders, so customers, we cannot offer you an appointment at the moment. This is not how you can deal with potential customers. This is level-free and arrogant. As the saying goes: stupidity and pride grow on the same wood.
