J	Julia L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu erst mal das positive: wirklich gute Ideen Das große minus : wenn sie an der Umsetzung kein Interesse haben wird der Kunde förmlich verarscht Es wird nicht abgehoben, nicht zu vereinbarten Zeiten zurück gerufen Hab das Gefühl gehabt dass ich jedes Mal abgewimmelt wurde und es sowieso egal war was ich wollte Es wurde gesagt meine Anliegen werden bearbeitet aber ich glaube dass das nie gemacht worden ist Seit mai nichts mehr gehört Hab es mittlerweile aufgegeben Aber nun stehe ich 3 Monate vor einzug ohne boden, ohne innentüren und ohne verbau da und muss mich um alles selbst was in der derzeitigen Situation echt schlimm ist! Bin gespannt ob ich mit 2 Kleinkinder überhaupt beim einzug innentüren oder einen boden habe Hab mich noch nie so verarscht gefühlt Absolut nicht empfehlenswert First of all the positive: really good ideas The big minus: if you are not interested in the implementation, the customer is literally ripped off It will not be picked up, will not be called back at the agreed times I had the feeling that I was put off every time and it didn't matter what I wanted anyway It was said my concerns are being dealt with, but I believe that it was never done Haven't heard anything since May I've given it up in the meantime But now I'm 3 months before moving in without a floor, without interior doors and without any obstructions and I have to take care of everything myself, which is really bad in the current situation! I'm curious whether I even have interior doors or a floor when I move in with 2 small children Never felt this ripped off before Absolutely not recommendable

M	Melanie mock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider auch nur 2 Sterne. War einer von den ersten Kunden und Badplanung echt Top. Hab auch viele Empfehlungen für Neukunden gegeben. Nur für Folgeaufträge leider eine Katastrophe. Nicht nur das Termine nicht eingehalten wurde, es wird aber auch nicht abgesagt, oder sich nie wieder gemeldet bzw nicht mal abgehoben. Haben mehr als 3 Monate gewartet und nichts bekommen (trotz Urgenzen) Verstehe das es oft stressig ist, und es "nur eine Gaderobe" und "Ergänzung vom Bad" war. Trotzdem tut ein Anruf nicht weh und kostet wenig Zeit und bestehende Kunden werden nicht sauer. Hätten liebend gern eine Planung für das Bad und Gaderobe von WOHNFORMAT gehabt, da mir der Stil sehr gefällt nur wenn mehrere Anrufe nicht entgegen genommen werden fühlt man sich.... Unfortunately only 2 stars. Was one of the first customers and bathroom planning was really great. Have also given many recommendations for new customers. Only for follow-up orders unfortunately a disaster. Not only that appointments were not kept, but it is also not canceled, or never reported again or not even picked up. Have waited more than 3 months and got nothing (despite urgencies) Understand that it is often stressful and it was "just a wardrobe" and "supplement to the bathroom". Nevertheless, a call doesn't hurt and takes little time and existing customers don't get angry. Would have loved to have had planning for the bathroom and wardrobe by WOHNFORMAT, because I like the style very much, only when several calls are not answered does one feel....

Da wird mit einer bodenständigen, sypathischen Art vor dem Kunden handgezeichnet, auf jeden kleinen Kundenwunsch eingegangen und das Ganze dann höchst professionell umgesetzt. Wer sein normales Haus zu etwas Besonderem machen will, der sollte unbedingt zu WOHNFORMAT. Wer ein besonderes Haus hat, war vermutlich schon dort. What Johannes and Patrick are creating and how they are rethinking rooms is really impressive. There is hand-drawn in front of the customer in a down-to-earth, sypathetic manner, every small customer request is addressed and the whole thing is then implemented in a highly professional manner. If you want to turn your normal house into something special, you should definitely go to WOHNFORMAT. Anyone who has a special house has probably already been there.
