Am vereinbarten Termin erschien niemand und erst als wir bei Wohnfloor nachfragten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Arbeiter krank ist und der Termin verschoben wird. Nachdem der Boden dann verlegt wurde, wollte der Arbeiter die Restabfälle vor unserem Haus liegen lassen um sie zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt abzuholen. Wir mussten darauf bestehen, dass sie sofort mitgenommen werden. Ich erhielt nach der Verlegung des Bodens keine Rechnung und nach einiger Zeit kam plötzlich ein Schreiben eines Inkassobüros per Post wo mehrere hundert Euro Gebühren verrechnet wurden. Nach Rückfrage bei Wohnfloor, wurde mir gesagt, die Rechnung wurde per Email verschickt - allerdings an die Falsche da mein Nachname darin nicht richtig geschrieben war wie sich während dem Telefonat rausgestellt hat. Es wurde auch nie telefonisch Kontakt mit mir aufgenommen. Wohnfloor hat dann verlangt, dass der Betrag innerhalb von 4 Tagen beglichen wird und hat auch den Skonto abgeschlagen. Die Zahlungskonditionen laut Rechnung waren allerdings netto Bezahlung innert 14 Tagen und Abzug von Skonto bei Bezahlung innert 8 Tagen. Eine Entschuldigung für ihre Fehler kam von keinem der Wohnfloor Mitarbeiter. Aktualisierung: ich habe in einem persönlichen Anruf eine Entschuldigung von Wohnfloor erhalten und die Bewertung deswegen um einen Stern erhöht. I have commissioned the installation of carpeting in two rooms. Nobody appeared on the agreed date and only when we checked with Wohnfloor were we informed that the worker was sick and that the appointment would be postponed. After the floor was laid, the worker wanted to leave the residual waste in front of our house to pick it up at a later time. We had to insist that they be taken away immediately. After laying the floor, I did not receive an invoice and after a while I suddenly received a letter from a debt collection agency in the mail where several hundred euros were charged. After inquiring at Wohnfloor, I was told that the invoice was sent by email - but to the wrong person because my last name was not spelled correctly, as it turned out during the phone call. I was never contacted by phone either. Wohnfloor then demanded that the amount be paid within 4 days and also refused the discount. The payment conditions according to the invoice were, however, net payment within 14 days and deduction of a discount for payment within 8 days. No apology for their mistakes came from any of the Wohnfloor employees. Update: I received an apology from Wohnfloor in a personal call and therefore increased the rating by one star.
