N	Ni Vi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Häuser Magdalengarten und Seidnergarten sind sehr gut gepflegt. Haus im Stiftsgarten ist nicht mehr aktuell (kleine Bäder zB). Umbau ist aber geplant. Pflegedienstleiter M.Moossbrugger und sein Personal sind sehr bemüht, dass es den Bewohnern gut geht. Allerdings herrscht, wie überall in Tirol, halt Pflegepersonal-Mangel, außerdem sind die finanziellen Ressourcen begrenzt. WARUM NUR EINEN STERN? ganz einfach. Man kann dort arbeiten, allerdings kann ich nur empfehlen dass man seine Abrechnungen genau kontrolliert, da das Personalamt den Begriff "im guten Glauben" nicht kennt, und bei zuviel an ausbezahlten Löhnen den Weg bis zum Gericht geht und einen Exekutionstitel anfordert! (bei meiner Endabrechnung ging es hierbei um 80 EUR) Für alle, die aus dem Bereich LGBT kommen: Die Personalvertretung ist, aufgrund fehlender Kenntnisse, teilweise diskriminierend am Weg. Und, wenn man aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht mehr in der Pflege arbeiten kann, sollte man vorsichtig sein mit den Angeboten der Heimleitung, dass man in einer anderen Abteilung anfangen kann. (my final bill was about 80 EUR) For everyone who comes from the LGBT area: The staff representatives are sometimes discriminatory due to a lack of knowledge. And, if you can no longer work in nursing for health reasons, you should be careful about the offers of the home management that you can start in another department.
