Lasst die Finger von dieser Firma, ihr zahlt garantiert drauf. Can only advise against this company. Have never had such bad experiences with a housing manager. Rip off and unfriendliness where possible. Keep your hands off this company, you're guaranteed to pay.

Von der Wohnungssuche bis zum Einzug inklusive Umzugsfirma , Formalitäten etc... habe ich dank dieser beiden Damen nur vier Tage gebraucht.... Ich kann nicht beurteilen, warum andere solch niederschmetternde Rezessionen abgeben... ICH kann mich nur nochmals ganz fest bedanken und werde auch jetzt noch betreut, was zb. einen defekten Backherd betrifft. Herzlichen Dank und alles Gute für die Zukunft Euer Wolfgang Zeltner/Lustenau I would like to thank Ms. Lins and Ms. Fehr.... From looking for an apartment to moving in, including the removal company, formalities, etc..., it only took me four days thanks to these two ladies.... I can't judge why others give such devastating reviews... I can only say thank you very much and I will still be looked after, what eg. relates to a defective oven. W	Wolfgang Kitzmüller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gleich vorweg: NIE WIEDER! Grenzwertiges Verhalten! Unbegreiflich wie sich ein Unternehmen so halten kann. Einmal ganz abgesehen davon, dass ich persönlich es als Frechheit empfinde, für Mietwohnungen Vermittlungshonorare beim Mieter einzukassieren (was nun mal leider rechtens ist), wird man hier als Untermensch und nicht als Kunde behandelt. Es wird mit der Notwendigkeit eine Bleibe zu suchen aufs derbste Geld gemacht. Kundenservice ist ein Fremdwort. Es wird vermittelt, ohne eine Ahnung zu haben, was da genau vermittelt wird. Termine werden nach den Bedürfnissen der WOGE Mitarbeiter verteilt und nicht nach dem Suchenden. Das Vermittlungshonorar, spiegelt meines Erachtens nicht ansatzweise den Aufwand wieder, der Seitens WOGE da rein gesteckt wird. Dass aber selbst bei der Rückerstattung der Kaution noch eine "Bearbeitungspauschale" entrichtet wird, rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Zum Schluss: Schämen Sie sich! First of all: NEVER AGAIN! Borderline behavior! It is incomprehensible how a company can hold up like this. Quite apart from the fact that I personally find it cheek to collect brokerage fees from the tenant for rental apartments (which is unfortunately legal), you are treated here as a subhuman and not as a customer. The need to look for a place to stay is made at the harshest of dollars. Customer service is a foreign word. It is conveyed without having any idea what exactly is being conveyed. Appointments are distributed according to the needs of the WOGE employees and not according to the person searching. In my opinion, the agency fee does not even begin to reflect the effort that WOGE has put into it. The fact that a "processing fee" is paid even when the deposit is reimbursed rounds off the overall picture. In conclusion: be ashamed of yourself!

Der Service ist super und immer wenn ich eine Frage hatte wurde in kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Sehr empfehlenswert. Woge Handled the communication and support between the landlord and me. The service is great and whenever I had a question, it was answered in a very short time. Highly recommended.

Ich selber kann nur Positives berichten...auf meine mails bekam ich immer sofort Antwort und bei Problemen wurde sofort ein Handwerker geschickt. Bei der Wohnungsübergabe war auch alles tiptop I read the many negative reviews. I am very sorry that so many have had such negative experiences. I myself can only report positive things... I always got an immediate answer to my emails and if there were any problems, a craftsman was sent immediately. When the apartment was handed over, everything was spotless

Dacht anfangs das die Google Rezzessionen villeicht übertrieben sind, da ich nochnie solche schlechten gelesen habe aber leider waren alle korrekt. Sie ignorieren Mails, nehmen keine Anrufe entgegen ( 2 wochen am Stück war der Herr in einem "Meeting" wenn ich angerufen habe). Ich leben seit November- Dezember in einer Wohnung voller Schimmel. Jetzt wo ich den Vertrag auflösen möchte, interessiert das niemanden und keiner Antwortet! Man muss einen Anwalt beauftragen um mit Ihnen in Kontakt treten zu können. An jeden der diese Rezzesion ließt: Bitte lasst die Finger von diesem unproffesionellen Saftladen! I've never seen such rudeness in my entire life! At first I thought that the Google recessions might be exaggerated because I've never read such bad ones, but unfortunately they were all correct. They ignore e-mails, do not take calls (the gentleman was in a "meeting" for 2 weeks at a time when I called). I have been living in an apartment full of mold since November-December. Now that I want to dissolve the contract, nobody cares and nobody answers! You need to hire a lawyer to get in touch with you. To anyone reading this review: Please stay away from this unprofessional juice shop!

Prilikom gledanja stana rečeno nam je da stan ima svoj parking, isto su potvrdili kada smo ostavljali depozit i plaćali njihovu proviziju da bi zatim nakon potpisivanja ugovora saznali da parkinga zapravo nemamo. Ni "Oprostite" nismo dobili. Pored toga, izuzetno neljubazni za sve molbe, dogovore, dodatna pitanja. U ugovoru nisu napisali koje je kvadrature stan što nama treba radi dobijanja vize (spajanje poridice).Na našu molbu da potpišu papir koji je sastavio naš advokat kao potvrdu o tome o kolikom se stanu radi, oni nas zavlače i još jednom na najgori mogući način pokazuju svoju drskost i neprofesionalnost. NjIMA SE MORA STATI U KRAJ! The WORST Company ever !!!!! First of all, they lied to us.
