Es wundert mich überhaupt nicht wieso Sie so schlechte Bewertungen/Rezensionen haben! Es ist der Fehler von den Unternehmen, die mit Ihnen arbeiten! Telefonisch sind Sie sowieso nicht erreichbar und per Mail muss man Ihnen hinterherrennen, damit man eine Antwort bekommt! Why is it not possible for the company to have 0 stars? You don't even deserve 0 stars with the service you offer! I am not at all surprised why you have such bad ratings / reviews! It's the fault of the companies that work with you! You cannot be reached by phone anyway and you have to run after you by email to get an answer!
M	Marc Werner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Folgende Probleme sind mit dem Umstieg auf washcomplete aufgetreten: - Starker Anstieg der Preise (vor allem zu Beginn, hier wurde jedoch minimal nachgebessert). - Zu Beginn gab es eine Art programmierte Ruhezeit, so dass man nur tagsüber Wäsche waschen konnte - für den arbeitenden Teil der Bevölkerung desaströs. Dies wurde - nach häufigerer Beschwerde und noch längerer Wartezeit - jedoch behoben. - Nach gewisser Zeit hat die Wäsche und der gesamte Raum erbärmlich gestunken. Auch dieses Problem wurde nach mehrfacher Beschwerde und noch längerer Wartezeit ohne Rückmeldung oder sonstiger Kommunikation behoben. Allerdings ist der Geruch bereits wieder in voller Stärke zurück ; somit scheint keine Wartung, bzwl. nur sehr oberflächliche Reinigung der Maschinen statt zu finden. Was das für die Hygiene der "frisch" gewaschenen Wäsche bedeutet will man sich anhand des Geruchs der auch nach dem trocknen der Wäsche noch bleibt nicht vorstellen. - Dass die Technik nicht gerade fortschrittlich ist und man die Karte zum Teil 10x einstecken muss bevor sie erkannt wird ist noch das geringste Problem... Demnach kurzum: Preis, Service und Kommunikation sind ein Desaster! However, the smell is back in full strength; thus no maintenance seems, respectively. only very superficial cleaning of the machines takes place. What that means for the hygiene of the "freshly" washed laundry is not to be imagined based on the smell that remains even after the laundry has dried. - The fact that the technology is not exactly advanced and you have to insert the card 10 times before it is recognized is the least problem ... In short: price, service and communication are a disaster!

Grundsätzlich erachte ich den angebotenen Service meine Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen zu den angegebenen Preisen als zu teuer, dann funktionieren die Maschinen immer nur sporadisch, Fehlermeldungen sind nirgends aufgelistet und auch keine FAQ was man wann machen muss. Ich musste letztens meine komplett nasse Wäsche aus der Maschine holen, weil nach 3 mal Verlängerung von 6 Minuten (seitens der Maschine) wg. einer Fehlermeldung, die Wäsche einfach nicht trocken geschleudert wurde. Da wir die Waschküche nicht mehr verwenden wollen, wollte ich das restliche Guthaben rückbuchen lassen. Lt. Homepage werden allen Ernstes dafür 5 € verrechnet!! Das kann nicht rechtens sein! Ich werde dies melden und Beschwerde einreichen. Ich empfehle dieses System keinesfalls. Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with Washcomplete. Basically, I consider the service offered to wash and dry my laundry at the stated prices as too expensive, then the machines only work sporadically, error messages are not listed anywhere and also no FAQ what to do when. I recently had to get my completely wet laundry out of the machine because after 3 extensions of 6 minutes (on the part of the machine) wg. an error message that the laundry was simply not spun dry. Since we no longer want to use the laundry room, I wanted to have the remaining credit transferred back. Lt. Homepage will be charged in all seriousness for 5 € !! That can't be right! I will report this and file a complaint. I do not recommend this system under any circumstances.

Die Maschine stürzt einfach ab und ich muss das Guthaben erneut verwenden, um es zu verwenden. Ich möchte 5 Euro zurück. Bad service. I am sending emails and I have no feedback. The machine just crashes and I have to use the credit again to use it. I want 5 euros back.
M	Monika Geirhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super teuer. Beim Verlust der Karte ist keine Sperrung und kein Umbuchen des Guthabens möglich obwohl es eine zugewiesene Kartennummer gibt. Benötigt man die Karte aber sonst nicht mehr, kann man das restliche Guthaben aufs Konto zurück überweisen lassen, natürlich mit 5 Euro Spesen. Auch beim beendeten Waschgang stoppt die Abbuchung der Zeit und somit die Abbuchung des zugewiesenen Guthabens für die Waschmaschine/den Trockner solange nicht, bis die Zeit abgelaufen ist. Obwohl nach beendetem Waschvorgang ja keine Leistung mehr erbracht wird! Eine komplette Abzocke. Auch wenn es sich hier immer nur um Kleinbeträge handelt, summiert sich nach 5 Jahren benutzen des Washcomplete Services echt einiges. Könnte man sicher Kundenfreundlicher programmieren, wenn man wollen würde. Wenn ich eine andere Möglichkeit hätte, würde ich Washcomplete niemals nutzen. Kein Waschmaschinenanschluss in der Wohnung und kein Waschsalon in der Nähe so ist man leider gezwungen, den "Service" zu nutzen. Super expensive. Even when the wash cycle is finished, the debiting of the time and thus the debiting of the assigned credit for the washing machine/dryer does not stop until the time has expired. Although after the end of the washing process, no more power is provided! A complete rip off. Even if these are only small amounts, after 5 years of using the Washcomplete service, a lot really adds up. You could certainly program more customer-friendly, if you wanted to. If I had another option, I would never use Washcomplete. No washing machine connection in the apartment and no launderette nearby so you are unfortunately forced to use the "service".

Wenn man mit 75grad waschen will muss man 2mal Zeit buchen, was aber viel zu viel ist. Das bedeutet wenn man nicht pünktlich bei der Maschine steht gehen ca. 1,50 Euro verloren. Frechheit. Way too expensive. Why can't you calculate the planned costs for each washing program? If you want to wash with 75 degrees you have to book 2 times, which is way too much. That means if you don't get to the machine on time, around 1.50 euros will be lost. cheek.
