★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bodenlose Frechheit wie da mit Menschen umgegangen wird. 15 Minuten vor Schließung bekommt man keine Tickets/Monatskarten mehr. Monatskarten werden auch nur immer ab aktuellem Monat ausgestellt, also nicht Ende Februar für März. Unfreundlich und inkompetent. Covid hin und her, aber das geht nicht.
 Bottomless cheek how people are treated. 15 minutes before closing time you won't get any more tickets / monthly passes. Monthly tickets are only issued from the current month, i.e. not at the end of February for March. Unfriendly and incompetent. Covid back and forth, but that doesn't work.
