Alles hat in 5 Minuten geklappt. Nice and helpful staff. I got excellent information. The lady provided the required forms and related information in a friendly manner. Everything worked out in 5 minutes.

Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir im stehen paar Flyer, Zetteln, paar Infos gegeben dann durfte ich wieder gehen. Und bei einem "Beratungsgespräch" am Telefon durfte der Gesprächspartner ruhig symphatischer sein. So in der Art zak zak erledigt und tschüss! Bin enttäuscht! Was not at all satisfied with the "advice" if you can call it advice. The employee gave me a few flyers, pieces of paper, some information and then I was allowed to go again. And during a "consultation" on the phone, the conversation partner was allowed to be more sympathetic. Like zak zak done and bye! Am disappointed!
