Es wird einem versprochen, dass ein Techniker sich meldet und mit den Ersatzteilen an einen für uns günstigen Tag vorbeikommt. Dies passiert aber nicht, so dass man Ihnen ständig hinterherlaufen muss und sich jedes mal einen Tag frei nehmen darf um sich mit den wieder nicht funktionierende Fenstern und Balkontüren zufrieden geben zu müssen. PS: Terminvergabe total unflexibel, da alle Techniker auf Betriebsurlaub sind und man sich so wieder nach Ihnen richten darf. Poor customer service, windows have been closed for the fourth time and are still not working. You are promised that a technician will come forward and come with the spare parts to a day that is convenient for us. However, this does not happen, so you have to keep running after you and take a day off each time to be satisfied with the windows and balcony doors that are not working again. PS: Appointment scheduling totally inflexible, since all technicians are on company vacation and you can go back to yourself.
F	Florian Gstir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Holzfenster und Eingangstür von wkf. Eine falsche Türlieferung wurde rasch korrigiert. Die Fenster sind optisch schön. Ich habe allerdings bei zwei Fenstern in der Fläche Fehler. Bei einem ist ein Fettabdruck eines Fingers, beim anderen ein kleiner Einschluss. Besonders der Fettfleck stört mich (mir ist sowas auch noch nie untergekommen). Meine Erwartungshaltung war dass sich wkf das rasch Vorort anschaut und in der Folge austauscht. Das war aber nicht der Fall. Stattfessen gab es rasch den Verweis auf "Fehler vom Glasproduzenten". Das ist für mich nicht relevant. Für das Fenster als ganzes muss der Fensterproduzent gerade stehen. Glasfehler müssen ihm bei der Warenkontrolle auffallen. Gemessen auch an der Preisklasse kann ich daher wkf nicht empfehlen. I have wooden windows and front door from wkf. An incorrect door delivery was quickly corrected. The windows are visually beautiful. However, I have errors in two windows in the area. One has a fingerprint in fat, the other has a small inclusion. The grease stain particularly bothers me (I've never seen anything like it). My expectation was that wkf would quickly look at it on site and then exchange it. But that was not the case. Instead, there was quickly a reference to "errors from the glass manufacturer". That is not relevant to me. For the window as a whole, the window manufacturer has to stand up straight. Glass defects must be noticed during the goods inspection. Judging by the price range, I cannot recommend wkf.
