★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde am Telefon von einer Mitarbeiterin (Frau Walder) so unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt, dass mir jede Lust hier zu kaufen vergangen ist. Obwohl ich immer wieder vor Ort in Feldkirchen gekauft habe und zufrieden war, hat mich die Firma Witasek durch diesen Kontakt mit Frau Walder als Kunden verloren. Wer Kunden so behandelt muss sich nicht wundern, wenn man nicht wiederkommt.
Was treated on the phone by an employee (Ms. Walder) so unfriendly and condescending that I have lost all desire to buy here. Although I always bought locally in Feldkirchen and was satisfied, the Witasek company lost me as a customer through this contact with Ms. Walder. If you treat customers like this, you shouldn't be surprised if you don't come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin im Frühjahr 2018 im Web auf die Firma gestoßen. Habe mit Frau Astrid Truppe kommuniziert. Das Mittel, das ich brauchte, wurde ruckzuck, ohne langen Firlefanz und ohne Vorauskasse, sofort an mich versendet! Und das Beste: das Zeug hilft gegen meine Weidenbohrer!
Nächstes Jahr werde ich die Pheromone, die ich übrigens NUR bei Witasek fand, wieder hier bestellen. Für mich Top-Firma mit freundlicher Dame im Büro.
Evaluierung Mai 2019: Auch heuer wieder äußerst freundliche Beratung durch Herrn Sima und seine zuvorkommende Art!
Ich kann die Firma nur bestens weiterempfehlen!
I came across the company in the spring of 2018. I communicated with Mrs. Astrid Troupe. The remedy that I needed, was immediately, without long frippery and without prepayment, immediately sent to me! And best of all: the stuff helps against my willow drill!
Next year I will order the pheromones, which I found ONLY at Witasek, back here. For me top company with a friendly lady in the office.
Evaluation May 2019: Also this year again extremely friendly advice by Mr. Sima and his courteous nature!
I can recommend the company only best!
