Es ist ein schönes Gefühl, wenn jemand dir bei den Problemen hilft, wo du dich nicht auskennst und nicht wie manche andere sie einfach ignoriert, ohne dir zu helfen.. Die Dame hat mich weiterverbunden, wo ein netter Herr schnell eine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden hat. Employees are very, very friendly .. It is a nice feeling when someone helps you with problems that you are not familiar with and not, like some others, simply ignores them without helping you .. The lady put me through, where a nice gentleman quickly found a solution to my problem.
