Fragwürdige Förderungskriterien für Zwangsmitglieder (kein Rechtsanspruch, Ansuchen kann ohne Angaben von Gründen abgelehnt werden, Einblick in die Verteilungsliste wird mit Datenschutzgründen verweigert) - auf die Frage was die WK mit all meinen Zwangsbeiträgen über all die Jahre für mich geleistet hat - keine konkrete Antwort bekommen, versprochenes Engagement für Veränderungen bis heute nicht umgesetzt....... A place of non-transparency! Questionable eligibility criteria for compulsory members (no legal claim, application can be rejected without giving reasons, insight into the distribution list is denied for data protection reasons) - to the question of what the WK has done with all my compulsory contributions over all these years for me - no concrete answer , promised commitment to change not implemented to date .......
R	Raimund Mandl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aus aktuellem Anlass hab ich einmal um Hilfe durch die Wirtschaftskammer gebeten. Leider aber wurde ich auf eine Mitarbeiterin verwiesen, die bis 13. August auf Urlaub ist und ich hätte bis dahin zu warten. Ich würde meinen, dass ein Unternehmen wie die WKO doch nicht von einem Urlaub einer Mitarbeiterin abhängig sein kann. Die erhoffte Hilfe habe ich dann durch die WKO Wien erhalten. Vor dem Hintergrund der Beitragsdiskussionen macht das absolut kein gutes Bild und erzeugt Verständnis für diese Diskussion. On a current occasion, I once asked for help from the Chamber of Commerce. Unfortunately, however, I was referred to an employee who is on vacation until August 13th and I would have to wait until then. I would think that a company like the WKO cannot depend on an employee's vacation. I then received the help I had hoped for from the Vienna Chamber of Commerce. Against the background of the contribution discussions, that makes absolutely no good picture and creates understanding for this discussion.

Die AK sagt ich soll mich mit der WKS in Verbindung setzten und die WKS sagt ich soll mir der AK reden wegen Lehrlingsrecht... wie ich dann ihr das erklärt habe warum ich Anrufe wurde ich in jeden Satz unterbrochen und unhöflich ausgebessert... nett reden ist anscheinend eine Fremdsprache, auch wenn man keinen guten Tag hat können die Kunden nix dafür. Bin enttäuscht nur der Name reicht um schon unhöflich zu sein... Just got off the phone with a lady from the WKS (apprentice position). The AK says I should get in touch with the WKS and the WKS says I should talk to the AK about apprentice rights ... how I then explained to her why I calls, I was interrupted in every sentence and rudely corrected ... nice Talking is apparently a foreign language, even if you don't have a good day the customers can't help it. I'm disappointed only the name is enough to be rude ...

Sicherlich ein paar tausend Euro an Anwaltskosten durch die WK gespart. Man muss den Service halt nutzen! Only good experiences. Both in legal questions, export processing and subsidies. So far, the service has always been fast, competent and friendly! Certainly saved a few thousand euros in legal fees through the WK. You just have to use the service!
