Bei mir sagte der vertreter das der Putz auf der Türlänge um 1mm abweicht und dadurch die Tür ja zwicken muss und das geht der Firma nix mehr an. Wir bekamen nach 14 Wochen Wartezeit eine kaputte Falttür geliefert, die Reklamation der defekten Teile dauert durch Zwischenhändler nochmal 6 Wochen und wurde dann mit falschen Teilen durchgeführt. Eine Reaktion oder Entschuldigung gibt es auch 4 Wochen nach einem höflichen Klärungsversuch nicht, geschweige denn einen Schadenersatz für den dann zusätzlich notwendigen Tischler, um die verschiedenen Türteile aus Originaltür und nachgelieferten Teilen zusammenzubauen. Dazu dann noch eine Türgriffhöhe von 142 cm - so viel Pfusch habe ich selten gesehen. Can only advise against a purchase from the company Wippra! Wir haben insgesamt 25 Wochen auf einige unserer Türen gewartet. Erst falsch geliefert, dann meldet sich kein Mensch, wenn man anruft kriegt man keinerlei Info und wird an den Aussendienst verwiesen, dann werden Liefertermine versprochen die dann wieder verschoben werden und kein Mensch sagt einem Bescheid. Wirklich enttäuschend!!!! Do our interior doors like the front door of Wippro Doors are awesome. Unfortunately the company is a catastrophe !!! We waited 25 weeks for some of our doors. First delivered wrong, then no one reports, if you call you get any information and is referred to the sales force, then delivery dates are promised to be postponed again and no one tells a decision. Die Tür musste in den ersten Stock und bei diesem Türmaß eine Herausforderung, aber zu Zweit ging das. Die Tür war einfach zu montieren (Selbstmontage). Ich bin jetzt schon begeistert, super Qualität, ein Top Produkt aus Österreich. Auch der Kontakt mit der Firma war sehr nett und professionell. Die Wartezeit war zwar lange, ist aber aufgrund der aktuellen Lage ja verständlich und war für uns auch kein Problem. Ich bzw wir sind sehr zufrieden, Preis und Leistung passen, die Firma Wippro kann nur empfohlen werden. I received my door yesterday. The driver was very nice and helpful.
