Musste das Ladekabel quer über 2 Autos spannen. Als ich zurück gekommen bin, liegt mein Ladegerät völlig zerkratzt und ausgestreckt am Boden. Hotline Mitarbeiterin von wipark schnautzt mich an, wie oft sie mir noch erklären soll, dass sie da nichts machen kann. Das nenn ich Service. Zwangsparken zu horrenden Preisen, nicht verlässlich laden können, Sachbeschädigung akzeptieren müssen und sich eine Goschn anhängen lassen müssen. Danke lebenswerte Stadt. The electric charging stations are parked daily with at least one (always the same) combustion vehicle. Today it was 5 out of 6. Had to stretch the charging cable across 2 cars. When I came back, my charger was completely scratched and stretched out on the floor. The wipark hotline employee snorts at me at how often she should explain to me that there is nothing she can do about it. I call that service. Forced parking at horrendous prices, not being able to charge reliably, having to accept damage to property and having to attach a Goschn. Thank you city worth living in.
