Customer service is the last thing. Never answers when you call and is complained about on the phone. Never again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Wintergarten steht jetzt ca. 1 Jahr. Bei mir ging von Anfang an fast alles Schief! Wurde nicht in der Waage montiert, Schiebegläser waren nicht synkron, letzendlich geht mir mittlerweile eine Dichtung raus! Der Wind zieht jetzt durch den ganzen Wintergarten, aber Herr Pascher ist nicht bereit den Pfusch zu richten! Seit Mai versuche ich ihn zu erreichen, aber man wird immer nur abgewimmelt und wenn man ihn erreicht hält er seine Versprechungen nicht!

My conservatory has been standing for about 1 year now. Almost everything went wrong for me right from the start! Was not mounted in the scales, sliding glasses were not synchronous, in the end I finally get a seal! The wind is now blowing through the entire winter garden, but Mr. Pascher is not ready to fix the botch! I have been trying to reach him since May, but you are always just brushed off and when you reach him he does not keep his promises!
Pascher NEVER AGAIN! HANDS OFF!
