G	Georg Strasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Weiterempfehlung, wirkt nach einem Täuscher der hier am Werk ist. Schließe mich der Rezension eines anderen Kunden an. Sehr unzuverlässig, hält keine Termine ein, keine Einsicht, Firma erscheint nicht einmal zu ausgemachten Terminen (mehrmals!). Dienstleister versprach ein Dach-Fenster zu reparieren und war überzeugt, dass das Fenster nicht ausgetauscht werden muss. Es wurde daher viel Geld in die Reparatur investiert (600 Euro), der Schaden konnte jedoch nicht behoben werden und es tropfte weiter. Dienstleister versprach das Fenster weiter zu reparieren, es kam jedoch dann nie wieder ein Termin zustande weil die Firma die Termine nicht wahrnahm - obwohl sie immer wieder versprach sie würde kommen (mit allen möglich Ausreden: Krankheit, keine Zeit, andere Baustellen wichtiger, etc. etc.). No recommendation, acts like a deceiver who is at work here. Join another customer's review. Very unreliable, does not keep appointments, no insight, company does not even appear on fixed appointments (several times!). Service provider promised to repair a roof window and was convinced that the window did not need to be replaced. A lot of money was therefore invested in the repair (600 euros), but the damage could not be repaired and it continued to drip. The service provider promised to continue repairing the window, but an appointment never came about because the company did not keep the appointments - although they repeatedly promised they would come (with all possible excuses: illness, no time, other construction sites more important, etc. Etc.).

Fliegengitter wurden am Fenster installiert, jedoch blieb am unteren Teil jeweils zwei 2x4 cm Öffnungen, sprich Insekten/Käfer konnten trotz Gitter in die Wohnung. Nach Aufforderung wurde uns erklärt, dass wir die Gitter selbst ausbauen und reparieren sollen. Ein Rollo wurde seinerseits auch repariert. Zuvor ausgemachte Kosten wurden als zu niedrig geschätzt. Angetanzt wurde mit einem zusätzlichen Mitarbeiter. Während dieser zusätzliche Mitarbeiter alle Arbeit alleine erledigte, stand der andere kaffeeschlürfend bei uns in der Wohnung. Preis explodierte dementsprechend.... Bitte keine Dienste dieser Firma in Anspruch nehmen! Join me in recessions. Fly screens were installed on the window, but two 2x4 cm openings remained on the lower part, i.e. insects / bugs could enter the apartment despite the grilles. When asked, we were told that we should remove and repair the grilles ourselves. A roller blind was also repaired on his part. Previously agreed costs were estimated to be too low. We danced with an additional employee. While this additional employee was doing all the work alone, the other was standing in our apartment sipping coffee. Price exploded accordingly .... Please do not use the services of this company!

Die ersten Arbeiten waren Fenster und Türen streichen und "Reparieren" die Arbeit sieht gut aus, wie weit der Untergrund saniert wurde kann ich nicht sagen, es wurde vorhandenes Material verwendet. Hier finde ich aber die verrechneten Beträge extrem hoch. Der Gipfel war aber letzte Woche, wo bei einer kleine Glasschiebetür die unteren 4 Rollen mit Rollenschuh getauscht wurden. Auch hier Arbeit ok, aber der Verrechnete Betrag sprengt alles was ich mir vorstellen kann. € 1280 für die Rollen und 680 Arbeit. Inkl. MwSt macht das € 2328. Handgeschriebene Rechnung, die Firma ist meiner Aufforderung über eine detaillierte Rechnung und Kostennachweis für die Teile nicht nachgekommen. Die Firma ist bei der Wirtschaftskammer NICHT registriert und hat damit auch keinen Gewerbeschein. WARNING 0 stars The company was with my 91 year old mother (Kleingaten) 3 times. Work ok here, too, but the amount charged is beyond everything I can imagine. € 1280 for the roles and 680 work. Including VAT, that amounts to € 2328. Handwritten invoice, the company has not complied with my request for a detailed invoice and proof of costs for the parts. The company is NOT registered with the Chamber of Commerce and therefore does not have a trade license.
