Good food, rather mediocre leisure time in connection with a lot of hectic. Staff is often loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essen is an der Grenze zum Genießbaren, Personal könnte freundlicher sein und die Betten sind auch nicht grade luxuriös.
Würde ich niemanden freiwillig antun.
Trostpflaster: spezielle Besucher bekommen eine gratis Hose + Tshirt, aber die gratis Pantoffeln sind zum vergessen.
Food is on the edge of the edible, staff could be friendlier and the beds are not exactly luxurious.
I would do to no one voluntarily.
Consolation: special visitors get a free pants + tshirt, but the free slippers are forgotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine Grundausbildung in der FüU-Kp in der Windisch Kaserne verbracht. Damals sind wir in ein neu saniertes Gebäude mit 5-Mann-Zimmern und Dusche/Bad im Zimmer eingezogen. Verglichen mit der Goiginger-Kaserne, wo wir 16 Leute im Zimmer und Duschen am Gang waren, war das schon deutlich besser.
Über die Sinnhaftigkeit dieser 6 Monate lässt sich streiten.
I did my basic training in the FüU-Kp in the Windisch barracks. At that time we moved into a newly renovated building with 5-man rooms and shower / bath in the room. Compared to the Goiginger barracks, where there were 16 people in the room and showers in the hallway, that was a lot better.
One can argue about the usefulness of these 6 months.

Die Liegenschaft verzichtet zwar auf etwaige Qualitätsstandards wie komfortable Betten oder Privatsphäre, das Personal ist aber im Allgemeinen höflich. Mit einigen Grundwehrdienern kann man sich auch durchaus gut unterhalten. Für 2 Tage also durchaus passend, allerdings für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.
Not nearly as bad as expected. Although the property dispenses with any quality standards such as comfortable beds or privacy, the staff is generally polite. You can also talk quite well with some of the basic service men. For 2 days so perfectly suitable, but for a longer stay not necessarily recommended.
