Sind sehr zufrieden, top Service, sehr freundliche Kundenbetreuung und qualitative, preiswerte Produkte - in einem ordentlichen Sortiment. Haben sowohl online als auch im Shop eingekauft. Gerne bestellen wir bei Bedarf wieder hier. As the name says - a diaper paradise;) All 5 stars. Are very satisfied, top service, very friendly customer support and quality, inexpensive products - in a decent range. Have shopped both online and in the shop. We would be happy to order here again if required.

Auch als ein Teil der Produkte nach einigen Wochen Mängel aufwies und wir diese reklamierten, war die Kommunikation und Bearbeitung wirklich toll. Ich weiß aus eigener beruflicher Erfahrung, wie viel Kleinarbeit hinter solchen Anfragen steckt (nämlich viel mehr als man von außen vermuten würde). Daher weiß ich es umso mehr zu schätzen, dass das Windelparadies-Team (Stefan) immer so rasch antwortet, sich aller Fragen und Probleme mit Selbstverständlichkeit und Geduld annimmt, und dabei immer unglaublich freundlich ist. Ich fühle mich als Kundin wirklich allerbestens betreut und kaufe auch immer wieder gerne beim Windelparadies ein. We have already ordered several times online from Windelparadies and are very impressed by the friendly and quick processing of the orders. Even when some of the products showed defects after a few weeks and we complained about them, the communication and processing was really great. I know from my own professional experience how much detailed work goes into such inquiries (namely much more than one would assume from the outside). That's why I appreciate it all the more that the Windelparadies team (Stefan) always answers so quickly, takes all questions and problems as a matter of course and with patience, and is always incredibly friendly. As a customer, I feel really well looked after and I always like to shop at the diaper paradise.

Ich habe dort schon mindestens 3x bestellt, die Abwicklung war immer rasch (oft ging das Paket noch am selben Tag raus), und wenn Mal was nicht lieferbar war, wurde schnell und unkompliziert eine andere Lösung gefunden. Sehr empfehlenswert! One of the best-stocked cloth diaper online shops in German-speaking countries. I have already ordered at least 3 times there, the processing was always quick (often the package was sent out on the same day), and if something was not available, another solution was found quickly and easily. Highly recommended!

Tolle Beratung, gute Auswahl ... und das Bestreben, was für die Verbesserung unserer Umwelt zu tun (Abfallvermeidung), ist extrem spürbar. The Windelparadies is a family business as you can not imagine better and as there are unfortunately only a few left today! Great advice, good selection ... and the endeavor to do something to improve our environment (avoiding waste) is extremely noticeable.
