★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe um die Reparatur einer Schranke gebeten, erhielt trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktversuche nicht einmal einen Rückruf. Nach erneutem Anruf meinerseits eröffnete man mir, dass man mir nach frühestens 2 Monaten ein Angebot für eine Neue erstellen könnte, die dann nach weiteren 3 Monaten eventuell montiert werden könnte. Diese Firma als einen Saftladen zu bezeichnen ist noch ein Kompliment.
Had asked for the repair of a barrier, received despite repeated contact attempts not even a callback. After another call on my part, I was told that after 2 months at the earliest I could make an offer for a new one, which could then be mounted after another 3 months. To call this company a juice shop is a compliment.
