Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich prompt bekommen habe, was ich wollte und hinsichtlich des Personals zur Vorgängerbeschreibung die gegenteilige Erfahrung gemacht habe. Ich bin noch nie so schnell bedient worden wie hier. Am Eingang wurde ich geradezu abgefangen, sodass ich gar nicht genug Zeit hatte mich umzusehen. Bin also froh diesen Laden gefunden zu haben und komme sicher wieder. For me as a non-specialist, it was like entering a distant solar system; I am fascinated by relics from the past. I have to say that I promptly got what I wanted and had the opposite experience with regard to the previous description of the staff. I've never been served as quickly as here. At the entrance I was almost caught, so that I didn't have enough time to look around. So I'm glad to have found this shop and will definitely be back.

H	Heinrich Strobauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich schlechte Firma. Chefs sind wirklich sehr unfreundlich, schreien sich gegenseitig an, beleidigen Kunden und kennen sich gar nicht aus. Eine etwas ältere gut gebaute Dame mit schwarzen Haaren (wie ich später erfahren habe eine der inhaberinnen) ist überfordert mit einer simplen Rechnung. Wenn man sie etwas fragt während sie in der Kassa sitzt, bekommt man entweder keine Antwort oder ein unfreundliches Gebrüll, dass man leise sein soll weil sie sich sonst nicht konzentrieren kann. Wenn man in der Kassa arbeitet sollte man zumindest in der Lage sein mit den Kunden freundlich zu kommunizieren. Gäbe es die Möglichkeit 0 Sterne zu geben dann würde ich es machen. Ich kann es ganz und gar nicht empfehlen hier einkaufen zu gehen. Really bad company. Bosses are really very unfriendly, yell at each other, insult customers and don't know their way around. A slightly older, well-built lady with black hair (as I later found out one of the owners) is overwhelmed with a simple calculation. If you ask her something while she is sitting in the cash register, you either get no answer or an unfriendly shout that you should be quiet because otherwise she cannot concentrate. If you work in the cash register you should at least be able to communicate in a friendly manner with the customers. If there was the possibility to give 0 stars then I would do it. I don't recommend going shopping here at all.

Large assortment, very expensive, and agreements are not kept. Be sure to agree everything in writing. Staff rather disinterested.
A	Arvis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider absolut unfreundliches Personal, besonders die Chef Ebene. Weder mit Kunden noch mit Mitarbeitern wird gut umgegangen und man wird gefühlt wahllos benachteiligt. Fragt man an der Kassa etwas nach, weil man zb Infos zu einem Produkt benötigt wird man entweder angeschrien oder bekommt eine sehr unwirsche Antwort. Ich war zweimal dort, aber sicher nie wieder!!! Der Umgang von Chef->Mitarbeiter bzw. Chef->Kunde ist wirklich das Letzte! Schade, dass es keine 0 Sterne gibt. Unfortunately absolutely unfriendly staff, especially the boss level. Neither customers nor employees are dealt with well and you feel indiscriminately disadvantaged. If you ask something at the cash desk, for example because you need information about a product, you will either be yelled at or you will get a very unscrupulous answer. I've been there twice, but for sure never again! Dealing with boss-> employee or boss-> customer is really the last thing! It's a shame that there are no 0 stars.

Bekam Top kompetente Beratung und das gewünschte Produkt. Preislich zwar nicht günstig, aber das Geld durchaus wert. Top competent advice. Was referred to this company via intermediate stations from the goldene Kugel or Polyester Wolf. Got top competent advice and the desired product. Not cheap, but well worth the money.
