J	Jürgen A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben ein Landhaus mit 91m2 mit Gartenterrasse reserviert! Auf der ca. 4x4m grossen Gartenterrasse ohne Pflanzen konnte man am Nachmittag gar nicht sitzen da es viel zu heiss war. Der lt. email versprochene Geschirrspüler war in der viel zu kleinen Küche nicht zu finden! Das bestellte w-lan bekammen wir erst am zweiten Tag! Das ganze Haus war teilweise sehr dreckig (Teller, Besteck, Backofen, Sitzkissen für Gartenstühle) etc.! Der Staubsauger war leider auch defekt! In der Badewanne war die Duschkopf Halterung nicht vorhanden wurde aber am nächsten Tag nach unserer Intervention ersetzt! Der Poolberreich ist auch keine 4 Sterne wert (Sauberkeit)! Lt. Rezeption war der Besitzer des Hauses für die Sauberkeit bei der Anreise zuständig! Wir wussten gar nicht das es ein verkauftes Haus war, in den emails ist auch nicht darauf hingewiesen worden. Aber ich finde es sehr peinlich für die Besitzerfamilie das sie ein nicht sauberes Haus übergeben! Aber es gab auch Positives. Die Rezeptionsdamen sind sehr freundlich und auch das andere Personal war sehr zuvor kommend! Und natürlich Bad Waltersdorf ist sicher eine Reise wert aber halt nicht mehr im Biodorf Wilfinger! We have reserved a country house with 91m2 with a garden terrace! On the approx. 4x4m large garden terrace without plants you couldn't sit in the afternoon because it was much too hot. The dishwasher promised according to the email could not be found in the far too small kitchen! We only got the ordered wifi on the second day! The whole house was sometimes very dirty (plates, cutlery, oven, cushions for garden chairs) etc.! The vacuum cleaner was unfortunately also broken! The shower head holder in the bathtub was not available but was replaced the next day after our intervention! The pool area is also not worth four stars (cleanliness)! Lt. Reception was the owner of the house responsible for the cleanliness on arrival! We didn't even know that it was a sold house, nor was it pointed out in the emails. But I find it very embarrassing for the owner family that they hand over a not clean house! But there were also positive things. The receptionists are very friendly and the other staff was very early! And of course Bad Waltersdorf is definitely worth a visit, but no longer in the organic village of Wilfinger!

Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub, kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Wonderful facility, like a small village. Great for families with children. Good accommodation, short distances. It was a relaxing vacation, I can only recommend it. We will be back. Thank you
O	Otto Kubak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War nur kurz Gast da meine Gattin hier zur Kur ist.Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe.Die Lage des Hotel eignet sich gut für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge und Wanderungen,die Austattung wie Pool,Wirlpool,Sauna,Fitnessraum lässt keine Langeweile aufkommen.Die Speisen sind Mittags vorwiegend vegetarisch,am Abend gibt's dann auch Fleisch,Fisch etc.Mir fehlte beim Frühstück Kipferl oder Kuchen.Bei der entdeckte ich aber leckere Cremeschnitten,der Cappuccino schmeckt gut.Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind generell sehr freundlich. Was only a short guest because my wife is here for a cure. The hotel is located on a hill. The location of the hotel is well suited for long walks and hikes, the facilities such as pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitness room do not allow boredom. The food are mostly vegetarian at lunchtime, in the evening there is also meat, fish etc. I missed croissants or cakes at breakfast, but I discovered delicious cream slices, the cappuccino tastes good. The staff at the hotel are generally very friendly.

S	Su Ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Biodorf ist ein ausgezeichneter Ort zum Entspannen. Die Häuser werden teilweise von Privaten bewohnt oder können über privat oder Wilfinger gebucht werden. Wir und die Hunde haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unsere Unterkunft war ein Appartement im "Hotel" des Biodorfes. Von der Größe sehr gut und mit Balkon. In diesem Appartement war jedoch einiges zu bemängeln: Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher fehlten. Geschirr nicht vollständig. Frühstück mit € 16,00 viel zu hoch. Personal unfreundlich. The organic village is an excellent place to relax. The houses are partly inhabited by private individuals or can be booked through Privat or Wilfinger. We and the dogs felt very comfortable. Our accommodation was an apartment in the "hotel" of the organic village. The size is very good and with a balcony. In this apartment, however, there were a few things to complain about: there was no microwave and kettle. Dishes not complete. Breakfast at € 16.00 much too high. Unfriendly staff.

N	Nomad Nomad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here based in ratings. Very disappointed. Accommodation is ok, pools ok, but we came for the food, which is average at best. Food is all organic, but the taste is average at most average. Value for money for halfboard is terrible. Accommodation 4 stars, food 1 star. Pathetic.
