★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer sich mal richtig durch den Dreck wälzen möchte und an seine körperlichen Grenzen gehen möchte ist bei diesem Laufevent völlig richtig, es gibt 5-10 und 20km zu bewältigen je nach dem man sich entscheidet, die Strecke ist so aufgebaut das Anfangs viele Hindernisse sind danach ist es nur zum Laufen zum Schluss steil bergauf
If you really want to wallow through the mud and get to your physical limits, this race event is the right one, there are 5-10 and 20km to tackle depending on which one decides, the track is built in the beginning many obstacles are afterwards it is only up to the end steep uphill
