C	Cristobal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau hat einen Kurs gebucht (Deutsch A1/2) konnte schlußendlich aber wegen ihren Schwangerschaftssymptomen (Kopfschmerzen und starke Übelkeit) den Kurs nicht besuchen. Trotzdem wurde uns der Kurs voll verrechnet inkl. Mahnspesen + Weitergabe an ein Inkassobüro. Jetzt sollen wir 400 Euro für einen nicht besuchten Kurs bezahlen!!! Auf telefonische Anfrage, ob wir wenigstens eine Gutschrift für zukünftige Kurse erhalten könnten, meinte die genervt wirkende Dame in arroganter Manier: „Ich habe so viel Energie in die Betreibung der offenen Forderung dieses Kurses gesteckt, und will Ihnen deswegen keine Gutschrift ausstellen!!??“ Eine bodenlose Frechheit, totale Willkür und die angesprochene Dame sollte sich schämen….. Ich würde daher jedem potentiellen Kunden ein anderes Bildungsinstitut empfehlen! My wife booked a course (German A1/2) but was ultimately unable to attend the course because of her pregnancy symptoms (headache and severe nausea). Nevertheless, the course was charged to us in full, including reminder fees + transfer to a debt collection agency. Now we have to pay 400 euros for a course we didn't attend!!! When we called to ask if we could at least get a credit note for future courses, the annoyed lady said in an arrogant manner: "I put so much energy into pursuing the outstanding claim for this course, and therefore I don't want to give you a credit note!!? ?“ A bottomless impudence, total arbitrariness and the addressed lady should be ashamed….. I would therefore recommend a different educational institute to every potential customer!

Durch den Tageskurs am Freitag war es möglich, trotz einer körperlich sehr anstrengenden Arbeit (Maurer und Zimmerer), die Matura zu machen. Die fachlicht Kompetenz der Vortragenden war sehr gut. Heute bin ich froh über diese Entscheidung und kann jedem Lehrling empfehlen, sich für dieses Modell zu entscheiden, da einem so viele Türen offen stehen. Vielen Dank! During my apprenticeship, I opted for the Lehren+Matura model at Wifi Salzburg. Thanks to the day course on Friday, it was possible to graduate from high school despite a physically demanding job (bricklayer and carpenter). The technical competence of the speakers was very good. Today I am happy about this decision and I can recommend every apprentice to choose this model because so many doors are open to you. Thanks very much!
