★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wollte heute die adresse im zulassungsschein ändern. es war keine kundschaft ausser mir vor ort. mein eindruck war: die dame hatte schlichtweg keine lust die adresse zu ändern. sie hat mir erklärt, dass müsse innerhalb des gleichen bezirkes nicht sein. da ich schon dort war, wollte ich es dennoch erledigen. hat sie gemeint: nur mit termin. ehrlich: wenn da 5 leute gewesen wären- ok! aber es war weit und breit keine kundschaft. das läuft für mich unter: ich hab keine lust, weil es ist corono-zeit und wir machen das nur mit termin.....schlechtes kundenservice. vermutlich weil sie damit kein geld verdienen....
wanted to change the address in the registration certificate today. there was no clientele outside of me. my impression was: the lady simply had no desire to change the address. she told me that it doesn't have to be in the same district. since I was already there, I still wanted to do it. she meant: by appointment only. honestly: if there were 5 people - ok! but there was no clientele anywhere. for me it runs under: I don't feel like it is corono time and we only do it by appointment ..... bad customer service. presumably because you don't make money with it ...
