★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiterin ist nicht sonderlich motiviert,hat mir grad telefonisch erklärt das mein kaputtes moped nicht ihre angelegenheit wäre wtf. Versicherung wechseln.nicht zu empfehlen!
 Employee is not very motivated, has just explained to me by phone that my broken moped was not your business wtf. Change insurance. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde dort (als auch am Telefon) bislang immer ausgesprochen freundlich und gut beraten. KFZ Zulassungen und Abmeldung verliefen dort auch immer sehr unkompliziert und einfach, negative Erfahrungen habe ich dort noch keine gemacht und kann ich aus meiner Sicht auch nicht bestätigen.
So far, I've always received extremely friendly and good advice there (as well as on the phone). Vehicle registrations and deregistration were always very uncomplicated and easy there, I have not had any negative experiences there and I cannot confirm from my point of view.
