Mein Squad und ich warteten gestern bei der Aqua Nova auf den Letzten Bus der Linie G (19:05) und mussten irgendwie 1h zu fuss zum Nordbahnhof wandern um wieder nach Baden nachhause zu kommen! ? Thank you! My squad and I waited yesterday at the Aqua Nova for the last bus on line G (19:05) and had to walk for 1 hour to the north train station to get back to Baden! ?

Busfahrer fährt über mehrere Haltestellen drüber obwohl mehrere Male die Haltestellentaste gedrückt worden ist. Auf allen Tafeln steht "Wagen hält" und als nächster Halt wird immer noch die Haltestelle von vor 15 Minuten angezeigt. Mehrere Leute haben versucht den Busfahrer darauf anzusprechen und man wird nur agressiv angeschnauzt. Inkompetenz scheint Voraussetzung zu sein um hier arbeiten zu dürfen. Furthermore, the most incompetent people you can imagine. Bus driver drives over several stops even though the stop button has been pressed several times. All the boards say "Car stops" and the next stop is still the stop from 15 minutes ago. Several people tried to speak to the bus driver about it and they just snapped at you aggressively. Incompetence seems to be a prerequisite for being able to work here.
A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ihr seid wirklich das nützlichste Busunternehmen in Österreich, man braucht ja keine Buse aus der Stadt raus, wird sich ja für jeden ausgehen der in Wien arbeitet oder was zu tun hat um spätestens halb 6 wieder in Neustadt zu sein, einmal eine Verspätung der Bahn und man sitzt stundenlang am Bahnhof fest weil einfach nichts mehr fährt und es kann nunmal nicht immer jeder abgeholt werden, ein Taxi kann sich auch nicht jeder leisten. Sieht so eine grünere Zukunft aus? Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen wenn man nicht direkt in der Stadt wohnt Danke für garnichts! You really are the most useful bus company in Austria, you don't need a bus out of the city, it will work out for everyone who works in Vienna or has something to do to be back in Neustadt by 5:30 at the latest, once a train delay and you're stuck for hours at the train station because nothing is running anymore and not everyone can always be picked up, and not everyone can afford a taxi. Does this look like a greener future? Without a car you are in a fix if you do not live directly in the city Thanks for nothing!
