Auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten sind Geldautomaten und Kontoauszugsdrucker zur Verwendung bereitgestellt. The main building is now very bright due to the large glass roof. The well-trained staff is always friendly and helpful. ATMs and bank statement printers are also available outside of opening hours.

Also habe ich einen Termin in der Sparkassen-Filiale in der Neunkirchner Straße vereinbart und konnte alles klären. Setting up a checking account did not work online. So I made an appointment at the Sparkasse branch on Neunkirchner Strasse and was able to sort everything out.

Sie war sehr unhöflich (erste Frage als ich ihr Büro betreten habe: Was machst du denn da? (O-Ton). Daraufhin Beraterin gewechselt und nicht bereut. Basically very nice and competent employees, but I can only urgently advise against my first advisor (Ms. Löscher). She was very rude (first question when I entered her office: What are you doing there?

Wird Werbung geschalten, dass sie Unternehmen unterstützen wollen und wenn man als Jungunternehmer eine Zwischenfinanzierung von ca. 6 Monaten benötigt, bekommt man eine sehr utopische Begründung, die jeglicher Branchenkenntnis entbehrt und daraus resultierende Absage. Schon beim Besuch des Betreuers wurde merkbar, dass die Wiener Neustädter Sparkasse es eigentlich nicht machen will und wollte uns erklären, wie wir unser Business zu machen haben. Housing department is top, gets 5 stars. Uncomplicated in processing, always customer-oriented. Business customer area is minus area. If you advertise that you want to support companies and if you as a young entrepreneur need interim financing of about 6 months, you get a very utopian justification that lacks any knowledge of the industry and the resulting rejection. As soon as the supervisor visited, it became apparent that the Wiener Neustädter Sparkasse actually didn't want to do it and wanted to explain to us how we should do our business.
