B	B. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altes KH Floridsdorf: Verwaltungspersonal unfreundlich, Stationsschwestern sehr distanziert. Organisatorisches Chaos, komplett unterbesetzt. Nur wenige Zimmer verfügen über Duschen, darum kommen auch aus anderen Zimmern die Leute in diese. Gemeinschaftstoiletten am Gang teilen sich alle Patienten und Besucher, welche dementsprechend aussehen. Sichtkontrolle alle 3 Stunden ist zuwenig! Das Essen unter jedem Niveau, grauslich und keine Abwechslung. Hatte in einer Woche 4x das gleiche pürierte Menü. Auf nötige Ernährungswünsche (zB Proteinreiche Nahrung) kann aus "comp.programmtechnischen Gründen" keine Rücksicht genommen werden. Auf Patientenbrief bei Entlassung wartet man bis zu 8 Stunden (und dann fehlt die Unterschrift des OA). Fazit: nie wieder! PS: für die Kopien der persönlichen Krankenakte sollte ich tatsächlich bezahlen! Dies ist nicht rechtskonform! Tipp: über den Hausarzt anfordern lassen = gratis. Altes KH Floridsdorf: administrative staff unfriendly, ward nurses very distant. Organizational chaos, completely understaffed. Only a few rooms have showers, so people come into these from other rooms as well. All patients and visitors share common toilets in the corridor, which look accordingly. Visual inspection every 3 hours is not enough! The food under any level, horrible and no variety. Had the same pureed menu 4x in a week. Necessary nutritional requirements (eg protein-rich food) cannot be taken into account for "comp. Program technical reasons". You wait up to 8 hours for the patient's letter on discharge (and then the OA's signature is missing). Conclusion: never again! PS: I should actually pay for the copies of the personal medical record! This is not legally compliant! Tip: request it from your family doctor = free of charge.
M	Martina Straub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Öl Verbrennung konnte Arzt keinen Zugang legen! Ohne Erstversorgung hätte ich 1Stunde auf Rettung warten müssen die mich ins SMZost gebracht hätte! Fragte ihm ob ich nicht ins AKH fahren kann da sie mich nicht behandeln konnten. Nein Smz-ost ist spezialisiert!, war die Antwort! Im SMZ-OST sagten sie mir das doch das AKH spezialisiert gewesen wäre und wenn ich die Stunde gewartet hätte jetzt im OP wäre!!! Schwester war sehr nett sonst zum vergessen!! Das ganze war im Floridsdorfer Spital!!!? After burning oil, doctor could not access! Without first aid I would have had to wait 1 hour for a rescue that would have brought me to the SMZost! Asked him if I couldn't go to the AKH because they couldn't treat me. No Smz-ost specializes !, was the answer! In the SMZ-OST they told me that the AKH would have specialized and if I had waited the hour it would be in the operating room !!! Sister was very nice to forget otherwise !! The whole thing was in the Floridsdorfer Spital !!! ?

Ich habe heute 6 Stunden dort verbracht und am Ende wurde gesagt wir haben keinen Spezialist und Sie müssen wo anders einen finden. Alle sind so unhöflich, distanziert und nicht hilfsbereit. Es gab am Gang bzw Warteraum Leute die 5 Stunden gewartet haben und keiner wollte was machen. Eine 70 jährige Dame hat mir gesagt, ich bin da 6 Stunden und komme nicht dran. Mit einem Wort eine Sauerei und sicher bei der Patientenanwaltschaft zu melden. By far the worst hospital !!! I spent 6 hours there today and in the end it was said we don't have a specialist and you have to find one somewhere else. Everyone is so rude, distant and unhelpful. There were people in the hallway or waiting room who waited 5 hours and nobody wanted to do anything. A 70 year old lady told me that I was there for 6 hours and it was not my turn. In one word, a mess and safe to report to the patient advocate.
D	Dagmar Schnabl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ärzte und Schwestern sehr nett, Verwaltungspersonal dafür unglaublich unfreundlich. Lange Wartezeiten bei leerem Wartezimmer. Lieber ins AKH, wenn man einen Notfall hat, denn 2-4h bis man einen Arzt sehen kann, ist bei ernsten Fällen wohl zu lange. Doctors and nurses very nice, administrative staff incredibly unfriendly. Long waiting times when the waiting room is empty. Better to go to the AKH if you have an emergency, because 2-4 hours until you can see a doctor is probably too long in serious cases.
D	Danillo Princip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir mussten leider 2 Mal in die Notfallambulanz. Im Vgl zum SMZ-Ost wurde uns hier schnell geholfen. Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich. Aber keine 5 Sterne weil einer der auszubildenden Ärzte sich ungeschickt beim Blutabnehmen angestellt hat. Unfortunately, we had to go twice to the emergency room. In the direction of the SMZ East we were helped quickly. The staff was helpful and friendly. But not 5 stars because one of the trainee doctors has clumsily hired to lose blood.
