I'm almost 80 years old, during this time I have Quite a few dentists needed. Dr. Schatz was the most accurate, most competent - I don't know anyone better!
A	A Uzun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meinem 5jährigen Sohn bei Dr. Schatz. Er war so unfreundlich so ungut, das ich schon draussen vor Wut weinen musste. Er hat so richtig gezeigt, dass er mein Sohn nicht behandeln wollte. Er hatte Karies/Backenzahn. Da meint er wie kommt er dazu mit 5Jahren Karies zu bekommen, er putzt sicher nicht und isst sicher ständig süßes. Habe ausdrücklich gesagt, dass er eigentlich jeden Tag 2mal putzt. Und Süßigkeiten nur 1mal am Tag bekommt und das aber 1Zuckerl oder 1kleiner Schokonaps ist ansonsten bekommt er nur Wasser. Er hat gesagt, das kann es nicht sein. Habe ihn dann gefragt, warum er so redet. Es gibt genug 1jährige Kinder die mit dem Alter Karies bekommen wegen der Flasche etc... Also ich empfehle ihm niemanden so ein unfreundlicher Arzt!!!!!!!!!!!! Er hat sogar die Assistentin wie Dreck behandelt, obwohl sie ganz nett war. I was with my 5 year old son at Dr. Sweetheart. He was so unfriendly so bad that I had to cry with anger outside. He really showed that he didn't want to treat my son. He had tooth decay / molar. He says how does he come to have tooth decay when he is 5 years old, he certainly doesn't clean and is sure to eat sweet things all the time. I specifically said that he actually cleans twice a day. And only gets sweets once a day and that is 1 sugar or 1 small chocolate capsule, otherwise he only gets water. He said it couldn't be. Then I asked him why he was talking like that. There are enough 1 year old children who develop tooth decay with age because of the bottle etc. So I don't recommend such an unfriendly doctor to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!! He even treated the assistant like dirt, even though she was very nice.
D	Daniela B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich, lieb, sehr genau, in meinen Augen ein Perfektionist. Ich kann ein Unterschied erkennen zu vorherigen Dentisten, natürlich jeder Arzt war gut, aber DR. Schatz macht seine Arbeit besonders gut. Er nimmt sich ausreichend Zeit. Er war sehr vorsichtig. Das weiss ich auch zu Schätzen. Friendly, dear, very accurate, in my eyes a perfectionist. I can see a difference to previous Dentists, of course every doctor was good, but DR. Schatz does his job especially well. He takes his time. He was very careful. I also know that about treasures.

Nett und hilfsbereit sowie sachkundig. Konnte den doch komplizierten Fall gut erklären und mir weiter helfen. War bemüht mir so gut wie möglich zu helfen und mir alle Möglichkeiten aufzuzeigen und zu erklären. War sich aber auch nicht zu schade zu sagen "kann ich nicht" bzw. "können andere besser". Good doctor. Nice ordination. Could spontaneously insert me as an unknown patient, which is not always so easy. Nice and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Could explain the complicated case well and help me further. I tried hard to help as much as possible and show me all the possibilities and explain. Was not too bad to say "I can not" or "others can do better".

Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass sich ein Arzt so viel Zeit für einen Patienten nimmt. Kein einziges Mal wurde das Gefühl vermittelt, irgendeine Nummer zu sein. Die Behandlung war behutsam, sehr gründlich und alles wurde genauestens besprochen und erklärt. Es mag bei einem Zahnarzt komisch klingen... aber ich komme gerne wieder. It is well known that a visit to the dentist is not one of the most popular things. So I came across a personal recommendation to Dr. Honey and I'm just thrilled! I have never seen a doctor spend so much time on a patient. Not once did it give the feeling of being any number. The treatment was gentle, very thorough and everything was discussed and explained in detail. It may sound weird at a dentist ... but I'll be happy to come back.

Da ich schon mehrmals umgezogen bin habe ich schon viele verschiedene Zahnärzte kennenlernen dürfen, aber keiner nimmt sich soviel Zeit wie er. Wenn man einen Termin hat, kommt man sehr schnell dran - die Wartezeit im Wartezimmer ist also sehr kurz. Seine Assistentin ist extrem freundlich und arbeitet perfekt mit ihm zusammen. Da ich vor ein paar Jahren aus dem 19. Bezirk weggezogen bin, habe ich einen anderen Arzt im 20. Bezirk ausprobiert. Dieser hat mich gleich gefragt ob ich meine Zähne bei einem Privat-Zahnarzt gemacht habe, weil die so gut gemacht sind. Auf jeden Fall bin jetzt wieder beim Dr. Schatz, auch wenn ich fast 1 Stunde mit den Öffis hinfahren muss. Es zahlt sich definitiv aus. Dr. Schatz hat mir einen Zahn gerettet, den 2 andere ziehen wollten und ich habe überhaupt keine Schmerzen mehr dort. Die Plomben Halten wie Keramik. Soweit ich weiß nimmt er keine neuen Patienten mehr aber man kann sein Glück versuchen. Glaubt mir, wenn ihr einmal bei ihm wart, wollt ihr nie wieder einen anderen Zahnarzt. Habe schon Angst vor dem Tag wenn er in Pension geht, aber bis dahin ist noch viel Zeit. I have been living in Vienna for over 25 years and have never seen such a competent dentist.
