S	Susanne Reimers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tolles unternehmen mit wirklich sehr umwelltfreundlichen reinigungsmitteln meine mutter benutzt gerne die reinigungsmittel von frosch auch die reinigungsmittel von tana sind zum größten teil sehrgut & angenehm von geruch aber kunden-(freundlichkeit) müssen die nochmal by werner&mertz üben? ich hatte heute den 29.01.2021 um 14:40h by euch angerufen um nach den öffnungszeiten in der woche von montag bis freitag zu fragen weil mir die anrufbeantworterin gesagt hatte das ich außerhalb eurer geschäftszeiten anrufe ich kann auch verstehen das ihr auch irgendwann mal feierabend habt ich kann aber nicht verstehen warum der herr kollege zu bequem ist um mir mal die öffnungszeiten welche (nicht) (!) im internet stehen rüber geben kann? & ich ihn diesbezüglich erst mal sagen musste das wenn ich bei henkel anrufen würde diese mir sofort die öffnungszeiten sagen können & dieser dann noch richtig genervt also so ?wirkte obwohl es ja mein gutes (recht) (!) ist die öffnungszeiten erfragen zu dürfen ich werde weiterhin eure wasch&reinigungsmittel kaufen aber ich wünsche mir das wenn ich bei euch anrufe weil ich mal eine frage habe das ich dann mit einem freundlichen mitarbeiter am telefon spreche kann ?übrigens produziert ihr bei werner & mertz professional auch frosch reinigungsmittel??mit freundlichen grüssen marvin reimers der sohn von frau reimers ? great company with really very environmentally friendly cleaning agents my mother likes to use the cleaning agents from frosch also the cleaning agents from tana are for the most part very good & pleasant smell but customer- (friendliness) they have to practice again by werner & mertz? i had today the 29.01.2021 at 14: 40h called by you to ask about the opening times in the week from Monday to Friday because the answering machine had told me that I would call outside of your business hours, I can also understand that you also have work at some point, but I can't understand why, sir colleague is too comfortable to give me the opening times which (not) (!) are available on the internet? & I had to tell him about this first that if I call Henkel, they can tell me the opening times immediately & this then correctly annoyed so ? worked although it is my good (right) (!) to be able to ask about the opening times ic h will continue to buy your detergents and cleaning agents, but I wish that when I call you because I have a question that I can talk to a friendly employee on the phone, by the way, do you also produce frosch cleaning agents at werner & mertz professional?
