In today's stressful times, of course, you can't always please the unrounded people, but thank God you don't need that in your great company, everything is custom-made in Austria and not mass-produced in China, keep it up ?

Bei zwei Monaten Vorlaufzeit nicht pünktlich zu liefern und auf Nachfragen nur zu Vertrösten und gar zu Ignorieren ist nicht korrekt und förderlich für die Bewertung. Habe die Bestellung nie erhalten und werde dort sicher nichts mehr bestellen. Nicht Weiterzuempfehlen! Punctual delivery for larger orders, but Gaugg is the most unreliable partner when it comes to small orders. Not delivering on time with a two-month lead time and only asking for consolation and even ignoring it is not correct and conducive to the evaluation. I never received the order and will certainly not order anything there again. Not recommendable!
