A	Aki Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Erhalt der Mail wegen meiner Lieferung am nächsten Tag habe ich angerufen, um die Info zu deponieren, wo die Palette hingestellt werden sollte. Der Mitarbeiter sagte, dass der Fahrer sich sowieso vor Zustellung melden würde und ich ihm das dann telefonisch sagen sollte. Der Fahrer hat sich nicht gemeldet und die Palette direkt vor der Garage des Nachbarn abgeladen. Dieser war natürlich nicht erfreut, da er dringend weg hätte müssen. Ich rief also nochmal bei der Firma an und der Herr sagte mir, er werde den Fahrer kontaktieren und eine Lösung finden. Außerdem versicherte er mir, dass er sich gleich wieder melden würde. Er hat sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Als ich nochmal angerufen habe, hat er sofort nachdem ich meinen Namen sagte aufgelegt und danach hat er nicht mehr abgehoben. Ich musste also von der Arbeit weg und über 100kg Parkett alleine in die Garage sortieren sowie dem Nachbarn eine Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeit zukommen lassen. Das ist wirklich eine Frechheit! (St. Michael) After receiving the mail about my delivery the next day, I called to leave the information about where the pallet should be placed. The employee said that the driver would report before delivery anyway and that I should tell him by phone. The driver did not answer and unloaded the pallet directly in front of the neighbor's garage. Of course, he was not pleased because he should have left urgently. So I called the company again and the gentleman told me he would contact the driver and find a solution. He also assured me that he would be in touch shortly. He didn't answer again. When I called again, he hung up immediately after I said my name and then he didn't answer. So I had to get away from work and sort over 100kg of parquet into the garage on my own, as well as send compensation to the neighbor for the inconvenience. That is really a cheek! (St. Michael)
